What a lovely place! My initial dress from another store was unable to be found and lacked tracking, so I new I had to get another dress to be safe since my wedding is less than four months away. The ladies at this store were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Despite our time frame, they helped me find the perfect dress that I am absolutely in love with. I went by myself (a little unconventional) but I never thought I would find a dress so quickly let alone so perfect. It is so beautiful that I find myself wanting to show everyone! I am so excited for the dress to come in and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. I highly recommend working with these ladies to find the dress of your dreams. I was taken right away for my appointment, assisted every step of the way and was treated very kindly. Thank you everyone for all your help! Always a Bridesmaid Boutique has warm and pleasant staff to answer all of your questions. They accommodated my large party size. The best part of the experience was Liela, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helps with your vision and gives great suggestions. Yet, you never feel pressured to buy anything. She made it a stress free experience and we couldn’t be happier with our dress selection!

I got my bridesmaid dress from here recently for my friend’s wedding. Everyone who works there was extremely professional and so nice. The dresses did take a while to come in but who cares really as long as it is ready when you need it? The seamstress was very nice but the dress was a little longer than I felt comfortable with. I didn’t trip or anything though so it wasn’t too bad. During this entire process I found out I was pregnant and they were so accommodating. I did not need a bigger size but they did let the dress out a little. My alterations cost 70 dollars. Around the same time I had to get alterations from David’s bridal for another bridesmaid dress and they cost 205 dollars! I felt 70 was very reasonable for a hem, letting it out and taking in the bust a little. Anyway, I wound up picking up my dress the day before the wedding but that could be due to the fact that I was pregnant and needed more last minute alterations. I had to wait around 15 minutes or so each time I showed up for an appointment but honestly the store is so nice and the people so friendly that it never felt like a big deal. I have been to other stores for my own wedding and for others and I highly recommend this place. If I knew it was there when I got married I would have gotten my dresses from there.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress here along with an entire bridal party. My second appointment was this weekend for alterations and the dress was too big. Bummer, but that’s how these things work. Luckily, Always A Bridesmaid has great rates for alterations (and a seamstress in-​house) which is beyond fantastic!
I was fortunate enough to have Diana (I think?) helping me at this appointment and as the seamstress began pinning the dress, I began to play with the uneven pleats at the top of the dress. Diana stepped in to assure me that everything would be the way bride wants it — Don’t worry. I felt so much more relaxed knowing that I would feel comfortable in the dress at my next visit and most importantly, the bride would be happy with the way that it looked.
My first visit was very different. I had a different consultant (a tall, dark-​haired, brusque woman) which made the experience entirely different. She refused to let me try on the dress I was purchasing, then watched me undress, and placed me in an uncomfortable situation. The person that owns this shop needs to take heed of the bad reviews. One bad apple…
However, would I purchase another gown here? Yes, to give business to the other wonderful women that work here. They are hardworking, friendly and cheerful, and in the bridal/​events industry that is churning ²⁴⁄₇ — it isn’t easy! I give them kudos and can’t wait to go back to try on my dress!!!

Leila was my consultant, I have to say that my purchase was smooth she took her time with me and answered my questions about the designers. I am also getting married so I came back and worked with her on my bridesmaid selections she also worked within our look comfort zone. I have to say although Leila is my consultant, all the other ladies were just as nice and provided me with feedback. I brought my wedding dress elsewhere I might get it altered there and I will definitely have the bridesmaids do their alterations there. I will report back with feedback on alterations. I’m told that they are equally as nice and knowledgeable. My dress has a lot of beading and was custom order Stephen Yearick. I think much like any other bride I want to know my options before I say yes to the alterations of the most expensive dress I will ever own.

Beautiful store, great selection of bridesmaid dresses. Leila was my consultant and she was super helpful and so nice! She helped us find the perfect bridesmaid dress and even gave me a color swatch before I left, which will help when I choose the bouquets. She made sure to ask what style/​designers I liked and the color scheme I was going for and we truly found exactly what I was looking for. I had such a pleasant experience and finding the dress was so much easier than I thought! Definitely recommend!

my daughter is getting married in April of 2015. i had purchased my gown but needed a seamstress. from the time i walked into their boutique, i felt so comfortable. being a manager myself, i know that its very important to feel at home. and thats exactly how i felt. i was greeted by «Stephanie» who is a complete doll. Leila and Christina were so helpful two very amazing girls. they lead me to the most sweetest lady that measured me. feeling like a sausage in it, she assured me that i looked beautiful. when i went back to pick up my gown, the seamstress perfected it, and Stephanie insisted that she steam my gown. they acted as if i spent thousands, when all i did was go for a hem. thats what i call guest service. i will tell everyone about this place and girls? keep up the good work ;-)

This place is the worst !!! Even 3 years ago when I got married they had a terrible rep. So now I’m in a bridal party for an April 2015 wedding. I ordered my dress in May of 2014. With MORE than enough time be in on time. So now the wedding is coming close & we still have no dresses. When calling this retched place for answers on why we have no dress we get very unprofessional answers or none at all. This place is a disaster & always be be. The name is should be «Always a Disaster» never ever will i use them or recommend them to anyone !!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience today in the store. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The consultant that helped us was Leila. She went above and beyond to find the bridal party a dress. She was a pleasure to work with and she knowledgeable about all the dresses in the store. The store is beautiful and had a large selection of dresses. This is not my first experience going to always a bridesmaid. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a wide array of bridal things.

Stay far away. I used them for my bridesmaid dresses for my March 2013 wedding and they were a pleasure to work with. Now, there is some issue with one of the owners or managers leaving, and they are a complete disaster over there.
For a May 2014 wedding… On more than one occasion, I have come over from NJ for a fitting for them to tell me «whoops, the work from the previous fitting isn’t done yet. Your dress is still in pieces.» I finally got the dress, after 5 fitting appointment, when they did the alterations (poorly) while I sat and waiting in their waiting area. They were so sloppy with the alterations too. The hem was too short and uneven.
Now, I am in another wedding in October 2014, I receive an appointment confirmation email with a little attachment reminding me of standard stuff… Bring your shoes, undergarments, etc. Oh, and alterations are no longer included in the price of the dress. What?! That is incredibly sketchy that you can make that change and not even mention it. They knew that several of the bridesmaids and I have made purchases there and knew the old policy. When my friend went it, they just charged her at the end of the fitting without any mention of it. And this is after she used them for wedding dress alteration, it’s not like she was a random customer off the street.
Truthfully, there was even more drama with them than I’ve written about here, but it’s too long to get into everything. They are just extremely unprofessional and I wish that I didn’t have to work with them.

I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone all of my bridesmaids dressed busted the day of the wedding the seamstress did a very bad job on all of the gowns. From the very beginning sales people were rude and snotty and i were not orgainized and i wasnt given very clear information on when my gowns were going to come in. I was not a satisfied customer
