One star because it reads «Eek! Methinks not.» which is precisely how I feel after my first and last massage here. Yikes– it was a painful session. Absolutely at no moment was this massage soothing or relieving. I have been getting massages, to include sports, deep tissue, trigger point, for years. I’m not sure what kind of massage was but I won’t be back. I was suffering in torment.
The woman who gave me the massage seemed untrained. My masseuse seemed like she was just man-​handling me with her rough, bony hands. She was truly rough with me. She could have injured me a few times. It was truly a very painful 90 minutes for me and I have a high threshold for manual manipulation. I had much physics done on me as ex-​marathoners and am accustomed to pain in order to achieve muscle release. With my Sunshine massage, there was only pain and skin sensitivity days later with no muscle release at all.

I have been to sunshine health spa several time for massages and facials. I have to say that I had a great experience there, they are professional and courteous; and their reasonable rates are an extra bonus. I recommended this please to several friends and they called me to say how pleased they were.
