Never fails to be the slowest Starbucks ever. They hardly have why’s you need and you’ll spend a minimum of 30 – 40 minutes waiting for your drink only to get to the window and be told they don’t have it or be stuck waiting even longer

DRINKS ALWAYS THE WAY I LOVE THEM!
& addicted to the «thats it» fruit bars.
But the crappy part is that the location and lot its located in is very crowded, theres a bank and bunch of restaurants on the same premises and the parking can get crazy and even into heated arguments! I usually go early in the morning or not on a peak day like the weekend or after school hours cause you won’t even get to get on the line because someone will be coming out of a parking space or pulling it or trying to get out the same exit from a different direction so just be careful with that.

This place is wonderful! The entire staff is friendly, energetic, and very happy to help, and they keep the place neat and clean, which makes the experience all the more welcoming.

One of the worse Starbucks I have been to.
My drink, Mocha, tasted like milk with a hing of coffee and mocha. It such a common drink. I didn’t expect them to mess up order.
My friend also order a white chocolate mocha and felt the same way about her drink. I guess this place

As a regular patron of Starbucks in many locations in the US, I was disappointed. I typically like my Chai lattes and regular lattes to be strong in flavor and when I did not receive what I am accustomed to, I was very upset. Although the guy taking our order in the drive thru (omg, the first one i saw that time! About two years ago) was nice, I’m not entirely inclined to come back to that location. Perhaps they were having an off day, so I may give them another chance since I live not too far from there and love to get my Starbucks fix.

Who would’ve ever thought that Starbucks wasn’t made with crack is beyond me. Every day you need your routine fix as if they were the drug dealer. On a more positive note. The workers here are great. Very fast at making your order. Friendly and always smiling. They always remember the frequent flyers and our orders making it a great go to spot in a pinch and short on time. Just walking in saying hi and the usual and your out the door. Keep up the good work ladies and gents.

I am a Starbucks Gold member, I often travel around the tri-​state area on business to all different Starbucks. This one in Tottenville on Page Ave is the worst when it comes to treating their gold members. I ask to ring my coffee and tea separately only when there is no one behind me… and what do I get every time? An attitude and I get berated by the workers lying and saying I don’t get stars for that. Which in fact I do… I go to so many other locations and the workers always please me with a smile. These are just miserable workers! I also did the mobile order a few times there and I had two drinks on my order and when I arrive only one is ready and I let them know there was another drink on my order and they huff and puff and make me the second one. Again I never had a problem like this before in other locations. Train your people better!

I often use the drive-​thru when purchasing coffee and tea products from this fine location. The car rolls up, and a god like voice from the intercom by the window greats me. This magestic creature says to me, «Hi, welcome to Starbucks. Can I take your order?»
I then think to myself ‘yes, yes you can.‘
I give my order, and am instructed to pull up to the window. A magical creature of kindness, like one of Santa’s elves, tells me my total, and I pay.
I proceed to go on about my day with a great tasting drink, and a fine memory of a fabulous starbucks journey that once was.
Thank you starbucks staff. I fuck with you.

LOVE my local Starbucks! I was their very first customer on opening day. ALL of the staff are super friendly and a few know me by name which makes me feel very welcome and at home here. The drive through is ALWAYS fast and accurate. I even gave Starbucks coffee as the favor at my Wedding! My guests loved it!!!

Clean, friendly staff but a little slow and nice décor inside. Coffee is usually good and drinks are made well but pastry display looks like it’s struggling. I feel like this is common in most Starbucks chains that the food no longer tastes fresh, more like 2 – 3 day old treats that came out of a factory and not a kitchen. I frown upon the drive-​thru at Starbucks because how lazy are you to step out of your car, also I feel like a drive-​thru automatically cheapens a brand.
The huge down fall is the parking situation, which is NOT Starbuck’s fault. If you plan on getting coffee on a Friday or Saturday night, don’t bother. The restaurant a few doors down has MORONS for a valet staff. They clog up the whole lot and even the drive-​thru for the bank next door making it IMPOSSIBLE to park and go inside starbucks. I have left without getting coffee on multiple occasions because of this.

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s clean, the staff is really nice and I’ve never had an issue with them. Not once. And my drink is pretty complicated and each Starbucks seems to make it a little differently.

All Starbucks are not alike. This sadly has to be the worst one ever!!!
Granted they have been only open for a few months they still can’t seem to get their act in order.
The first time i came it took like ten minutes to make a café mocha, and even a simple drink like that they messed up. I took it as a new branch that had some kinks to work out. But now a few months in they still are making to many mistakes, and it’s only hurting the brand.
Who trained these baristas anyway, it’s not that complicated, ask the customer what they want, and make it, simple as that. How many times can you mess up an order? Seriously re-​train them or terminate their employment.
The only reason it gets a 2 star rating is because the place is big, surprisingly clean, free wifi, a drive thru (tight squeeze) free private lot and of course the coffee.
I’ll give them another shot, but if not go to the one in target close by, never a problem there.
