As a Starbucks lover, I’ve had my share of bad coffee, It comes with the territory. I’ve been drinking coffee for 15 years now. Which is why I’d like to think of myself as someone who knows quite a bit about coffee. I enjoy coming to his Starbucks Because over all the staff here is very delightful… Except for this one tall guy with caramel complexion. Good looking kid … Bad coffee … Every time he does my coffee I instantly regret buying it. That should say a lot for a coffee lover like myself. Over all love Starbucks.

They have a counter style table full of seats, which gives it a Brooklyn vibe and looks nice. They also move a line fairly efficiently.

The coffees are your usual quality but this location always has a line. One person working the register and 2 people making coffees is not enough. Walked in today waited 5 mins and the line hardly moved so I walked out and went to DD a few blocks away and was served right away. This was not the first time I’ve walked out of here without coffee. My time is more valuable than a good coffee.

I love Starbucks. And I hate it. Here, I said it. I hate that I got addicted to their coffee, and I love the fact that you can get it almost anywhere. I hate that they have coffee that taste the same all the time, and I just love that there are no surprises, bad or good with the coffee they make. You get the idea…
In this location you will find professional staff, and the place is always clean. I am not someone who seat and drink coffee for hours, and I usually stop here, pick the coffee and drive always. So I really hate to look for parking here. But it is ok, II usually don’t spend more than 5 minutes here till I get my coffee.

Giving this Starbucks 1 star not because it’s got the worst parking ever, not because it’s generally very crowded at the time I go, but simply because some of the baristas esp Devon can be over the top rude and arrogant to the paying customers. Most of the staff are polite and friendly, but this guy is particularly the worst. I really believe by his words and mannerism that he thinks he’s doing the public a favor by being there. Aside from him and the terrible parking and crowd at peek times the coffee and sandwiches are good.

Super fast and friendly service. Definitely one of the better ones on the island. Evenings don’t seem that crowded either, hardly a wait on line.

This Starbucks was just recently redone and has the new modern chic look to it. The workers are always very nice and willing to make you something. Even if your reluctant to try it. It is a busy Starbucks and the seats are right near the door. Good for writing papers but not to study because of all the traffic coming in and out.

I’m a Starbucks addict so of course I love Starbucks! lol This location has some really great baristas, like Jessie and Rocko, Luis is a great manager. However, the parking lot is a nightmare. I HATE this parking lot it’s the worst. Always a problem here for that. It’s always busy here too so for a small branch it’s always packed. But overall, this one’s a good Starbucks branch!

Worst starbucks i ever went to. My iced hazelnut macchiato tasted like milk water. And how is it that people on line behind me were served first? Very disappointing. The girl behind the counter was downright nasty to me.

Weak.
Service: poor: They need to learn to be pleasant and positive. They should smile when they take our hard earned money and be grateful that they have a job.
Coffee: At this location they are not following the instructions that they received when they were trained. Both times I went there, the coffee-​water ratio was really weak, like my sister-​in-​law makes… and she makes it like that because she hates coffee! Hope the Seattle offices don’t find out about you guys!

Alot of people in the morning… lines sometimes located all the way outside… lots of cops stop here for morning coffee… this store is limited to there desserts and sandwiches… but there drinks are spot on. even though there is always a huge line in the mornings the line go by extremely fast… doesn’t feel like a wait at all… I love there fraps… it took them less then five mins to make a large frap… thumbs up! There’s plenty of seating… by the window has this long table that has a lot of broad games for the customers to enjoy there coffee while enjoying a game… There is about four people working in this Starbucks… two on the cash register and the other two behind making the drinks… Yes there is parking… Not a very big parking lot but there’s about five/​six parking for Starbucks customers.

Now that I am a Starbucks girl I’ve been trying out different locations. My closest location to my house is this location which is out of the way from work about an extra 15 minutes. The one day I chose to venture there the line was 12 people long but things ran pretty smooth and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I found that to be impressive and the way people were talking in front of me there usually isn’t a line so that’s good to know. I had a hazlenut macchiato that was fabulous but an apple fritter that looked like a brain and tasted funny. I’ll be back!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve visited in my entire life. Today was my second time. The first time I didn’t write a review, but I think this time I need to share. The cashier gets the «least-​helpful award» for sure. I handed her my credit card to pay for my order. A second later I asked her if I could use a gift card instead. She responded that they are not allowed to do that. When I asked a second time, she said in a very arrogant tone: «you dont want me to cancel your order and place it all over again, do you?». I just let that slip and waited for my order that ended up in the wrong frapuccino and a half dry oatmeal lacking the proper amount of liquid. Will definetely not try this Starbucks again.
