I called rite aide to speak to the pharmacy to verify employee’s influenza vaccination. the workers do not know each other and just administer medication without any responsibility. I called twice and was hung up on. and then the pharmicist mike, cut me off talking, and hung up on me.

This review is about the Photo Center. About a week ago, I ordered pictures online using the feature that allows you to get them back in days instead of next hour cause it was $.09 cheaper per photo. Ordering online was easy enough and their website is not difficult to manage. The problem is the staff. First phone call took place about 4 days after my order had shipped. The woman on the phone could not have been nastier! «Welllllllll, the system CALLS you when they ready. So, did they CALLYOU?!» was the reaction I got. The confirmation email they send you TELLSYOUTOCALLTHESTORE. Fast forward three days. Next 2 phone calls went a little something like this: Miserable Staffer: «Thank you for calling Rite Aid this is [something unintelligible]. Can nah el uw(meaning, can I help you, I assume)» Me: «I ordered pictures a week ago, I just want to know if they have arrived.» Staffer: «Hold.» Me: *ONHOLDFOR5MINUTES* nobody picks up. Me: Redial. «Can I speak to a manager please?» I finally got an answer. And confirmation that I will never use their Photo Center ever again.

I was here when the blizzard of winter 2009 was just starting. I found the place comforting as I looked up for what I needed(contact lens cleanser). It looked like it’s part of the Western Beef complex in this part of Staten Island that’s close to St. George, Tompkinsville, and Stapleton. Service was friendly and has that small neighborhood feel. There’s even great ample parking space outside.
