Radiology Services of New York, PC

This is probably as close as it gets to a personal touch. I was sent here by my son’s pediatrician for an X-​ray. When I arrived, the office was packed. I filled out the paper work and expected to wAite hours. You apparently can make appointment or just walk in for X-​rays. I was surprised when they call my son’s name after waiting about 10 minutes. The technician was pleasant and professional. She took us to the room and went out of her way to make my son comfortable. After the X-​ray was taken she told us to wAite in the waiting room so the radiologist call in the result to my doctor. I was surprised but again expected to wait at least an hour. We barley sat down when the desk clerk, a really pleasant motherly lady, called me to come to the phone. The radiologist had already called and discussed the result with my son’s doctor. I was relived. Wow. Great service.

Good luck scheduling an appointment. I had to listen to that stupid recording for about twenty five minutes before my call was finally answered. There must have been 100 calls before mine as long as I had to wait. When the call was answered the agent was rude, nasty, probably working for minimum wage and did not make me feel comfortable as recording states. It took everything in me not to curse her out. I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older that the pen is mightier than the sword!!!

I have several health issues that constantly calls for ct scans, KUB, X-​ray and i have never in all my days had the best experience from the entire staff. there are days I call and i am put on the schedule immediately if not the very next day. And the reports are in the Doctors hand within 24 hours. Many thanks to the entire staff at Radiology Services. You are all very professional and super kind.
