The food was great, the employees were attentive, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked.

I come here for one reason and one reason alone. Four Cheese Soufflé. While I rate that particular dish 5 stars, the odds of them ever having that dish is abysmal. Maybe they should rename it to Haley’s Comet Soufflé since odds are, you are only getting to eat it once in your lifetime. I don’t have an MBA or anything but I think if you sell an item and its never in stock, you MAKEMORE of that item. Maybe it’s a ploy to get me in here and sell me that other stuff. I’m sorry but I don’t want to try the«walnut, zucchini, seaweed muffin», toss that in the garbage and make more Four Cheese Soufflés! Maybe the manager misinterprets the public buying all the Four Cheese Soufflés as us hating the Four Cheese Soufflés and wanting them gone from the display, leaving behind only the«Bacon & Cucumber», «Ham & Sea Urchin» and«broccoli and cow semen» for people to admire. Dear manager, those others flavors are continually in stock because they are terrible. We want Four Cheese Soufflés! Maybe it’s some mean experiment by Panera CEO to deprive us of something we love. Maybe they are making too much money and for tax purposes are trying not to sell too many Four Cheese Soufflés. If I win the lottery tomorrow I would open a place next door to this one and call it «Four Cheese Soufflés & Coffee», and I would put them out of business. I hope Starbucks starts making Four Cheese Soufflés so I never have to come here again. TLDR: Kindly make more Four Cheese Soufflés

Nothing special about this location. Service is blah. But on another note the place is generally pretty clean.

It’s the same food as any other Panera, but the setup is different from the one near the mall. I like the other one better honestly. Only reason I go here is if I am shopping in the area and need to stop for food.

Asked my wife to pick me up a classic salad with chicken. No chicken was in my salad when she got home Panera bread has great healthy choices however this location as lousy employees who pay no attention to details!

Lunch was pretty good today tried the new grilled cheese and had the mac and cheese we also got the holiday bread for later tonight as a dessert. Finally we cut it open and to our surprise ITWASRAW! OMG i just brought a dessert to a family gathering thats inedible thanks panera! Update: we spoke with a manager they apologized and said they are having a problem with the recipe. They i want us to come in for a refund or pick something else out. Which is totally fine and very professional. When walking into the store they were still selling the bread!!! Whatever you do dont buy the holiday bread at panera its raw on the inside !!

Definitely recommend this place. I feel good when I eat here because I know it’s a healthy place to eat. Not to mention the soup and sandwiches are delicious. Love the pick two deal because the portions are the perfect size and it comes with an apple or chips. I signed up as a member and I’ve already started getting free stuff. I will surely be going back a lot. :) Also, love the atmosphere. I feel like I’m in a cozy living room when I’m in there! Very wholesome vibe.

Friends and I ate here the other night after choosing it from 3 or 4 other places in this shopping center. We ordered a soup and a sandwich each. We were told«only chips were available; no bread or fruit». Ok, fine Panera Bread has no bread. We were the only customers in this place the whole time we were there so it’s obvious it wasn’t flying off the shelf. Upon receiving our food we were apologized to yet again for not having tomatoes on the sandwich because they were out. The fact that Panera BREAD has no BREAD baffles me.

If your looking for a place to have soup and sandwich Panera the place, although they may not fill the average man they can offer great appetizer starters which are full course meals for some. The food is fresh, healthy and portioned to help those curb over eating. Not my fan favorite since portions are small and not very filling but content.

I love Panera! Their coffees good, their sandwiches are delish, and I’ve never had a complaint with anything I ever ate here. Prices are OK… not too cheap. Service is friendly and the place is comfy with tables and couches and they have WiFi.

It’s a great place to have a quick healthy meal in a hurry. Their soups are the best!

I really do love the food here. Its fresh n much healthier then most of the choices out there. The staff well let’s just say they can careless about getting anything right. The cashier forgot to ring up my husbands order, they put half of my pinkie(n i have a tiny pinkie) worth of mozzarella cheese on my mozzarella n tomato panini. I open up the sandwich after taking a bite n I see the shabbiest, sadist looking piece of mozzarella on the husband said something to the manager n like she had a magic wand in hand everything was set straight with in five minute even though there was a hand full of people waiting for food. The manager was so friendly n nice I wish all restaurants have one of her handy. The time I went in before that she was laughing n joking with some of the customers. It’s just a breath of fresh air to see some one in the restaurant industry that loves what they do for a living n handles customer complaint with a smile instead of a scowl. Because of her help my husband n i decided to go there once a week that n because the broccoli soup there is frigging delicious.

I had always assumed this place would be like an Au Bön Pain type of place, which to me is ehhh and overpriced. I recently went in and had the roast beef sandwich and a cup of the broc & cheddar soup. The soup was out of this world, not watery and really flavorful and the sandwich was really good too. I was full for hours, which surprised me. The place is really big inside and clean. It reminded me sort of Starbucks. Next on the menu for me is the soup in the breadbowl. I love, love this at Perkins, so I’m sure this place will be better. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper, but the food is fresh and tastes good.

A few years ago, the first Panera Bread opened up on Marsh Avenue, near the Staten Island Mall. Now, a second Panera has opened up across the street from Target, Home Depot, and Petco, in a brand new plaza that — at the time of this writing — is still under construction. Like all franchises, this restaurant looks just like its sibling at The Crossings. There is a variety of seating, including tables and booths. There are two stuffed chairs near a fireplace. Artwork displaying bread in all its various forms adorns the walls. There is also free Wi-Fi, so you’re bound to see a handful of people on their laptops, sipping on coffee. The café menu offers sandwiches, soups, salads, and drinks. On their bakery menu, they boast breakfast items, pastries, bagels, and breads. Today, I tried the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich(containing oven-roasted beef, smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions & creamy horseradish sauce, on an Asiago cheese demi-baguette) and found the horseradish to be a wonderful complement to the beef. However, that’s pretty much all I can say about the sandwich, as it was the only thing worth noting in an otherwise bland sandwich. Therefore, at $ 6.79, I thought it was overpriced. The coffee tasted watered down. Their lemon poppyseed mini bundt cake seemed a little stale but tasted fine otherwise. I may come back here just to sample the rest of their pastry menu.(What can I say? I’m a sucker for a sweet roll… and it’s only 1 mile away from my house. I can walk here! And on lower Staten Island, that’s a rarity.) This place is still brand new with very few customers coming in. Because of its remote location, I would imagine that this place would get a lot of traffic during the typical rush hours as people drive to and from work via the Outerbridge Crossing. Otherwise, I can see people stopping by here after a long day of shopping. The only other options in this area are Applebee’s, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut Express(the latter two contained within Target). So business here will probably thrive.
