Napoli Pizza

Weekly specials are amazing, portions are big and the staff is very friendly! I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a while and this is the best spot around! The owners really care about the happiness of the customers. I definitely recommend this pizzeria.

(((It’s a Pepsi place tho, I had to bring my own cans of coke)))

Food was nothing to write home about. Mediocre at best. The delivery guy on the other hand, jeez… Cornered my teenage son asking for more money for the trip because it was very far (2 miles, not very far a 6 min car ride) My son told him «My Mom put it on her card along with your tip, I don’t have any cash» He then told my son just to go see if there is like 2 bucks around for gas. Needless to say my son felt very awkward to say the least… Never again will I order from them… I ordered via Grub Hub and I complained to them. Grub hub contacted the store who offered to refund the tip. I told them I don’t want his tip I want him to not try to intimidate a teenager.

I don’t recommend coming here near noon because it’s a bit hectic. That said, a classic Staten Island slice can be expected. The interior is well decorated.

Felt these guys deserved a shout out. This is where we order from and it is always excellent. And the delivery is always prompt. They are our go-​to spot and I wanted to acknowledge them. My kids love the grandma pie.

This place used to be a little sketchy I didn’t like it that much I would get a slice once in a while but now since the last few months whoever makes their pizzas makes it with more cheese makes a better all-​around pizza to my tastes I really love it now I go there every day I recommend going and checking them out even if you did once before they are different now give it a try I do recommend it

My husband bought me a platter of fried eggplant. It was so bad. It tasted just like freezer burn and i found a piece of green plastic in one of the slices. It was like they thawed out and reheated old freezer burned eggplant. Our dogs wouldn’t even eat it. We do not live in the area, so it was not worth going back to get my money back. Will not be buying from there anymore.

No stars… found a long blond hair on the pizza plus they over burnt the slice! How difficult can this be for a pizzeria? The Girls behind the counter were lazy, getting the burnt slice ready.

Unfortunately the pizza is mediocre and isn’t fresh. Another problem is young employees hanging out while playing games on their phones like it’s a high school cafeteria. Also don’t park in the lot next door by the deli. Napoli’s owners don’t seem to be concerned in posting a sign to let there customers know that they can’t park there. It really bothered me to see a family get towed from there while they were ordering food, and the only thing the girl behind the register had to say was something along the lines of «it happens all the time cause people don’t know they can’t park there.» I felt really bad for them because it didn’t seem like the lot was only for deli customers, and I personally didn’t see any signs stating so. The only person that seemed to care was the delivery guy who let people everyone know that someone was getting towed. Overall between the food, majority of employees, and the tow issue, I’ve concluded that customers don’t seem like a priority here.
Drove by today about a month later and got annoyed when I saw a sign hanging above the parking lot which their customers get towed from.

The purpose for this review is that the girls who answer the phone when I call in my order are rude and unattentive. They sound mostly annoyed, interrupted and in a hurry to end the ordering process. At best, they are indifferent and/​or lazy. Despite that I’m consistently intimidated to call in my order, the vast menu of low-​priced weekday specials is what keeps me ordering meals from here one to three times a week. The food is not extraordinary but definitely okay for the price.

Mom came to visit from South Dakota. Ordered baked clams and meatball parm. Clams were not fresh and covered in a pile of breadcrumbs. No taste. Meatball parm had not enough sauce on it and when we picked the meatballs off, they were not fresh and were congealed together. It was gross. Very disappointed. Especially when it cost $ 19 (plus tip) to have it delivered.
Food is good but to me, pizza is mediocre. The girls rush you of you go in to order or pick up. Too chaotic for such a tiny place. I usually order from them and it takes a decent time to arrive. Eh. Nothing special in a city with the best pizza in the world. Penne vodka is good.
They do have great weekly specials. On Thursdays each pasta dish is only 5.99. Wednesday’s I believe it is the heroes for 5.00. When feeding s large family, the deals are way worth the food. No change in amount of food given. 1 plate of pasta could feed 2 – 3 people easy. Good value.

Pasta is very good. Pizza is just average. Not a very good place to sit and eat. Good delivery service.

The pizza is the classic New York slice that you’d expect, done right, and at a good price. The sauce has the right blend of savory and a tad bit of sweetness. The crust never seems to get burnt at the edges. The salads taste ripe. The garlic knots are really greasy, although it’s hard to find ones that aren’t. The pasta dishes are pretty good, but not spectacular. I haven’t tried the Heroes or Wings. The girls on the phone seem perfectly nice in person and over the phone. The deliveries are prompt, and the drivers are polite as well. Get a menu with the coupons for very good deals.

Very reasonably priced pasta, wings, pizza, & hero. Their sauce is very good! Customer service has improved! This place is conveniently located near Clove Lakes Park & expressway. Frequent place bi-​weekly. Wings are the best, calzones are very good. The pasta specials on Thursdays can’t be beat!

Ordered tonight from the $ 5 hero menu. I ordered a chicken park hero with vodka sauce on garlic bread. When I arrived to pick it they told me it was over $ 8. I asked why, the sauce garlic bread $ 1 (Ok I understand that), the vodka sauce $ 2. Really $ 2 for a sauce you have already prepared in the back? I order this same sandwich from Tony’s and the price does not change let alone the sandwich is twice as big. I will not be ordering from Napoli again. Very disappointed

Horrible food. Pizza is left out at room temperature for hours. Tried two pasta dishes… both were horrible. Tried the Philly cheese steak… horrible! Don’t know how they stay in business. The women at the counter need to be fired. Very immature and disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. Gave this place many tries because it is in my neighborhood. No more chances. I’m done.

I had not tried their pizza in a while even though it is nearby. My daughter brought home a pie recently and said she loves it, and the slices were quite good. I once got a hero there and I was not impressed so next time I will get a chicken Parm and update my review.

The restaurant is disorganized and dirty. The pizza is bland and boring.
