Because after all that, apparently I still don’t know what the damned password is and got to speak to Kevin the manager on duty, pointed out that I am the idiot who wrote their only review, and he still refused to help me. Unless I am willing to get on a bus and come halfway across Staten Island, I am now totally screwed. I don’t understand why they wrote this stuff down and handed it to me if it wasn’t correct.
