The fact that I’ve reviewed so many McDonald’s locations scares me. We came here to burn some time before meeting up with a a friend. The cashier was very nice and sweet. She had a good sense of humor. The place was big and the drive thru was moving fast. The dining area was clean and there were people there to make sure it stayed that way. It ranks high on my McDonald’s ratings.

Not a good experience. I went in for breakfast at about 10:20 am, plenty of time. there was one person ahead of me on line, the employees were so inept they couldn’t get it together. I waited a little over ten minutes until breakfast changed to lunch and left. Definitely will not be returning.

It’s a McDonalds!!! What do you expect, a candle lit dinner??? Cheap, fast food that’s ok. Yes there’s kids working in here but where did most of us have our first job??? Cut them some slack. Something was missing from your order??? You should’ve looked in the bag before you left. How many times have you had take out from the Chinese place or pizzeria and they screwed up your order? Yes, they’re on their phones, they’re fooling around when it’s dead but they have greeted me with a smile and respect.

So I go into McDonalds on Page Ave. for lunch for myself and my family. I ordered one of those special Quarter pounder burgers that they recently came out with and 2 Double Quarter Pounders. And 3 medium sized French fries. The girl takes the order and my money but I don’t get a receipt. McDonalds is terrible for giving receipts. I take the order home and find that I didn’t get what I ordered. So I go back. When I get there, I tell the shift manager my story and there are really no other patrons in the store., and he is telling his co-workers what happened, all the while everyone that works there has touched these burgers that I was returning. So I see the shift manager lean into the kitchen and hand the line cook the burgers that I brought back and that every worker in the place has now touched and handled. They were actually going to disassemble the burgers that I returned and that every worker in the store has now touched and then reassemble them and return them to me. I flipped out on them to the point that the store manager came over to see what was going on. I retell him my story and he really couldn’t give a shit. He gave me my correct NEW burgers and I went on my way. I understand that they hire minimum wage workers, mostly high school age juniors or seniors but still. Also if the place was crowded and there was chaos behind the counter I never would have even complained but it was quiet as a mouse. Everyone standing around doing nothing. I usually don’t post to Unilocal,but this pissed me off so much I felt compelled to post this.

This particular location is a family owned franchise. You would think it would be run quite efficient and would treat you with good customer service but that’s not really the case. There are always young teens working there, probably related to family. They always seem to get your order wrong. The place is pretty much clean except for the bathroom where there is no hand towels and the dryer doesn’t work. It also has no kiddie play area. Typical McDonald’s nothing special.

This has to be the slowest McDonald’s ever, although even though they have improved somewhat over the years, they are still… slow. I speak mainly of the night crew, who do not have it all together and seem more intent on socializing than getting their work done. This is also the dirtiest McDonald’s I have been in. The night crew does not rush to clean the tables once people leave and they are quick to shut off areas where the cleaner tables are. If you need anything, drive through tends to be quicker.
