I like lowes and this location. It’s neat, organized and clean. The store layout is pretty straight forward and for the most part I find things myself when I go. Forget getting helped by staff when you’re in these places. I don’t blame this actual store as its a thing that happens in almost all locations.
I’d definitely return.

So after 3 months of BS. Its on back order. It coming it has to get shipped. BS. My shower door is discontinued. After 3 months. Now they want me to ORDER different one or give me my money back… Unacceptable. Unprofessional..

When I come In I’m always assisted with help right away the employees come to me an ask if I need anything which is great, it’s hard to get good help from huge places like this.
Im in the process of renovating my basement an I’m in an out often through out the week. They have more supply on Demand then Home Depot, an much more better deals.
Today I came in an purchased a few odds an ends as well as a beautiful door that separates the basement to the main level of the house. The young girl Alyssa (cashier) was so much help today. She went above an beyond to help me put back one door to pick up another bc the glasses was slightly cracked she also helped me load it to the truck.
In the process of this girl helping me she was verbally attacked by a crazy inpatient customer which she handled very professional an told him where he can pay if he choose not to wait on the line.
Good place, you get very good customer service here which is rare these days.

Pretty well stocked, and a little nicer than the Home Depots on Staten Island. I liked that there wasn’t an odor, which is not a given at hardware stores.

10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the paint department. While we were waiting, overhead calls were being made asking for assistance at the electrical department and some other department. Once finally someone came by to give us the paint we ordered, he then left and began walking into aisles looking around aimlessly. We waited an additional 10 minutes… Still here waiting for a quart of paint.

Bunch of dummies working at lowes ! They need a different hiring method ! Nobody knows nothing basically !

I went in looking for a laser measurement tool. Did my research online and I heard Bosch has the best one. I stopped at Home Depot and they were sold out, so I went in to Loews (biggest mistake I did). I told the help exactly what I wanted (cause the shelf has a tag not an item cause I guess they have a high theft count). The help didn’t even know what I wanted. She kept pulling out an laser level! I walked her around trying to look elsewhere. She searched the computer and found out the shelf location. and stock count. To make it worst she didn’t even know how to find the shelf location. I helped her tins the tags. And the location. After that she finally decided to give in agree to me when I said its not on the shelf. She grabbed the stair-​rails. To check above. And when she liked up. She couldn’t even find it and even care to look. I saw it from the bottom. And told her where it was. Once I got it I asked do you price Match (she relied no). Wasted 30 minutes getting 1 item. I then said. okay let me open an account. I made another mistake! The computers keypad didn’t work. No one called in a service call to replace it. Cause you can see it was soo stretched up. And the pen was out and the keypad was important to capture my signature. Cause if it didn’t it was passing through anything! Te transaction froze! And the computer was in the middle of the transaction! (Reg #17) now i was unsure if I got a card or not. And I felt no pissed up I couldn’t deal with it! I left with out buying or with out caring about a dollar being earned in the store! 1 hour later I was unhappy and assumed to buy here again! I defiantly will pass when I need something and Home Depot is out of stock!

Looks like your typical lowes… nothing really special… the place is pretty big… see pretty much the same thing as home depo… stuffs are kinda over priced its actually better to buy stuff at a mom and pop shop then at a lowes… but it is more convent. the staff is all over the place… but I can never get anyone attention… Need to ask a question and there’s no person to be found to answer it… I got my keys copied using the copied key machine… Copy two keys and you get one for free… Each key cost four bucks… when the hell did they raise the price like this… oh whatever… machine only aspects card… There’s not that many shoppers here. so no lines at all… they sell assorted flowers and plants… the flower and plants aren’t so choices to choose from and the plants doesn’t looks so fresh… They have restroom and water… the parking lot is huge… defiantly parking!

I’ve shopped in this store recently and finding an employee is like pulling teeth. It’s great they have someone at the door and plenty up front but where are the associates to help in the aisles? I do like the have small appliances, just nobody to help me with them when I have a question.

I came here on a recent visit with my mother looking for a new bathroom vanity. We were finally asked if we needed help and we asked the associate about some items on display. As we were being helped, he went to help someone else and kind of brushed us off. He would hop back and forth between us and the other customer, acting the same way. He would answer a question and then ignore you. The answer was «I’m not sure» on a lot, while he had a computer that he could’ve used to search for what we were looking for. He looked bothered and so we left. I don’t deal well with rude or lazy people, especially when you’re just asking them to do their job.

First time here will be the last, customer service sucks… The ONLY reason I’m going this place 1 star is because I don’t have the option 0. I recently relocated to Staten Island from Brooklyn (I AM NOW A HOMEOWNER!!!). I was in search of a ceiling fan/​chandelier for my dining room and I was told that Lowes has a large selection of both and I would able to find exactly what I was looking for. What I was looking for was a salesperson to assist me. I starting walking around in search of one. I walked around that store so many times I became dizzy and still, no sales associate in sight. I even got lost a few times. After awhile I just decided to leave. As I got to the exit door, there was a sales associate at the door and checking receipts. I said to myself you have got o be f$&king kidding me. Then she looked at me and asked did you find everything you were looking for? The fact that I was leaving the store totally empty handed escaped her and I responded NO! I did not. She then asked if there was anything she could do to assist me. I responded yes” give me the directions to Home Depot”…

Home improvement can be stressful but I actually enjoyed shopping here. The aisles are wide and clean. The employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful, clearly taking pride in their work. We found everything we needed for our project in record time. Much better shopping experience than I’ve had in the Brooklyn Lowe’s.

This store has shown a lot of improvement within the past few years. The place is much cleaner and organized. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful.
My only complaints is a lot of associates from different departments won’t or don’t know how to help across another area of the store. It could be frustrating when there’s only one person working and a line starts to build up. Be prepared to spend a lot of time there if you have a big project.
One last warning the seasonal aisle where all the grass seed is kept smells terrible from mouse feces and urine.
