I am not a big fan of KFC but hubby likes it. But that being said, every single time we go the service is terrible, from the manager doing nothing to the staff following her lead to the dirty restrooms and tables and the driveway and parking lot to enter and exit. I think it’s only its location that keeps it afloat since it’s a very busy intersection. Staff has to be replaced.

It was the worse experience. Manager was yelling like a crazy lady! They don’t give receipts and they charge you more than what you should pay. When it comes to the food, don’t get me started. Food tasted like excuse my language like shit. Food was so greasy. I mean really bad. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. Bathroom was bad. There was no soap in the bathroom so after you eat the greasy food you can’t wash your hand. Oh well my bad. I will never go to thay shithole any more. Not to mention it was my second time there and I thought I could give it another shot but. I discovered that it is real a shithole. I really don’t know how the health department did not do anything about it.

My friend and I stumbled upon this KFC after were trying to find a quick bite to eat and get away from the pouring rain. It’s a KFC, so i wasn’t expecting much. But this KFC had extremely low standards even for fast-food restaurants. As we walked in, there were only 3 other people in the restaurant. The tables were greasy and oily and my friend had to wait about 3 minutes before someone appeared at the counter to take orders. After ordering the food, I was completely dissatisfied with my experience here. The chicken tasted extremely old and stale(almost as if it were left out for the entire day), the biscuit was hard as a rock and the soda from the soda fountain was flat. Not to mention there was no ice in the soda machine. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience here and I will not be returning in the future.

Meh. The associates here can sometimes be @sshats for a lack of a better word. They rob me my change a couple of times and pretend to be ignorant of the fact. When, they realize they made a mistake, they don’t even own up to it. The quality of the food varies. And the wait is always excruciating. Make sure you check your order because they repeat it like 8 times but always forget something. That old manager lady needs to be fired. I only come back because that chicken is embedded with drugs that makes me want more.

So let’s be 100 percent honest. The food is the only reason I keep giving this pace any of my time. The reason this location is deemed a failure is because of the little old lady they have given the keys too to run it. Nothing against non english speaking citizens, but she is not the best choice to be the voice of the company, especially with the volume of cliental that enter the door on a nightly basis. What makes me call this lady out and hopefully someone reads this and puts her out of a job is every time I go there, just making an order is 100 percent stressful, the order is wrong and the wait is extremely long. What made me figure out it was all this ladies fault is we went in a week or so ago and the place had a decent sized line, but she was not there. Everyone was getting their orders correctly, and even though there was a line, it went super quick and the food was extremely fresh. It had restored my faith in the place until yesterday, when little old lady was back and I was unable to get a simple order in, to the point I left with out my food. I don’t like calling for peoples jobs, but she is ruining this place for far too long. Have her wash toilets or mop floors if you don’t want to fire her, not make her the face of your franchise location.

I’m calling 110 times no answer. My kids are screaming at home I brought dinner home V-32 orders missing cookies. Idiots every fast food take out does this missing fries or something. It’s a conspiracy

I’m not going to beat around the bush. The ambience of this place is downscale Karachi-minus the mobs of torch-bearing, anti-American, Shiite zealots. The cleanliness is suspect, the service leaves a lot to be desired-most of the staff would probably look at Chick-Fil-A as an elevation-and the food is KFC. That said, there’s something irresistible about this place. Maybe it’s the convenience, maybe it’s the popcorn chicken, or maybe it’s the 3 for 1 cookies. Yeah, it’s definitely the cookies. Anyway, give it a whirl.

KFC used to be one of my favorited places for fast food. I am not sure if it is the age, or the fact that everyone are into healthy food this days, But I don’t think I will be back here for a while. I just feel that the food is just too greasy for me, and what used to taste great for me 10 years ago just don’t taste that good anymore. I think that it is really time for healthy fast-food places. But at the same time, KFC do offer fast food the way fast food should be, quick in and out, and frive through.

Got there 5 minutes before they closed last night and they already closed, I mean if you close at 11 you’re supposed to be open till 11, I understand that the staff wants to go home but I used work at dominos and we stayed open till 2 on Saturdays and we closed either at 2 or a little after. That’s very poor service, I drove 30 mins just got Taco Bell only to be denied by workers that wanted to go home early. I’m expecting a call or something from the manager. 3473729106 joe
