I hired Haggerty’s Roofing on 2 occasions: the first was a roof patch and that was fine. The second time was for ½ a roof and it was a disaster. They did not do a good job with the joining seam so I had a waterfall in my dining room. They did come back and repair the seam but did not do anything about the damage they caused to the ceiling. Three years later, I again have a leaking roof where they replaced the roof. (And more damage to my ceilings!) Tried to contact Haggerty as the roof is warrantied but they do not answer and answering machine is full.

Old, cranky lady answers the phone. Takes your information. Owner shows up, gives an estimate, promises to call end of week. Never calls or follows-​up. Unprofessional, would never recommend. Handwriting on the wall… glad I never signed a contract.

Great roofer that I’ve used to fix several leaks over the years, none of which ever required any return visit/​re-​repair. Loyal to their customers and comes even for small jobs. Always returns calls which even by itself puts them above most other roofers I’ve used in Staten!
