Goodfella’s

Like other people here I also ordered through Grub Hub. The food was cold and the lasagna I ordered was horrible, the cheese looked like some kind of rubbery glue, it was just gross. Chicken parmigiana hero was also cold and everything had to be re-​heated. Extremely disappointed, We will not order from this place again.

Ordered through GrubHub Everything was ICE cold. Had a white pie felt like I was eating a bagel with cream cheese absolutely disgusting. Ordered Gnocci’s it was more like a soup rather a pasta dish
Called to complain about my 50.00 order that took 2 hours to be delivered and was told well it’s cold outside ?? WTF ARE THEY FOR REAL ! After all was said and done I was up all night in the bathroom.
DONT TRUST THIS PLACE THE INGREDIENTS ARE OLD !!! Gross Gross Gross ! Never again I’d eat Dominos before I ever order from this hell hole again !

Pizza took 1 hr 15 min for delivery and came cold. Nothing special (supposed to be brick oven pie). Expensive pizza plus they added an extra dollar on the delivery fee (2 bucks for delivery even though the Grub Hub order had it at 1). Will not order from them again. There are many other pizzarias (like Primo) with heartier pizza, shorter delivery times, cheaper prices, and no delivery fees. Goodbye Goodfella’s.

I NEVER posted a review on Unilocal.but I felt like I should just warn you. If you guys dine in, the foods great. Their service sucks though. BUT DO NOT ASK FOR A DELIVERY. I ordered at 7pm and it’s 9pm and still no pizza… Just know the service sucks but the food is great.

The food isn’t as good as other people have claimed it to be. Staten Island offers PLENTY of great pizzerias/​Italian restaurants. Goodfellas isn’t one of them. Overpriced mediocre food.

My daughter has gotten moldy food twice already
I would recommend no one eat there
I’m calling the Department of Health and the FDA

Goodfellas falls in my personal top 3 best pizza places on Staten Island. I used to get the Old World Style pie, but their NY Style pie is better in my opinion. The mozzarella on it tastes amazing and so fresh, really makes it the star of the pie. Sauce is amazing as well and the slice is thin, just the way I like my pizza. Highly Recommended.

Goodfella’s has been on my NYC pizza list for a while now, and I decided to stop in for dinner while driving through Staten Island recently. I didn’t expect a warm greeting or service in SI (sorry!), but I found the opposite. I was immediately greeted by a friendly server, seated at a table of my choosing, and was assisted by a very friendly and attentive server who kept my drink poured, spoke passionately about the menu, and made great suggestions.
I chose the calamari for appetizer (huge portion for one person), and their specialty pizza. The calamari was decent, but it seemed pre-​cooked and not freshly battered. The pizza was outstanding with a crisp thin crust and a very tasty sauce. I took half home for lunch the next day.
This is among the best — but not the best — NYC pizza, and certainly deserves the recognition it has received. The friendly service made it a four star experience for me.

In short the food was terrible. Ordered delivery via seamless web and food arrived as virtual ETA showed.
1 — Delivery went to the wrong address which seems hard to understand when it’s a virtual entry that’s correct.
2– Ordered the following items:
*Goodfella Pizza: Good but already just luke warm upon arrival
*Linguine w/​Clams white sauce: Terrible. Not only was there no flavor but the linguine was so over cooked that it fell apart as i picked it up with my fork. Clams were terrible quality and could be mushed apart with my tongue alone.
*Sampler: Warm and soggy. Probably due to delivery time but all the fried goods were chewy and soggy.
*Buffalo Wings-​Dangerous style: The wings came in what i would barely call mild. They were undersauced and only one could really be called mild.
Utensils were not provided nor were plates that were requested for the pizza.
Overall rating? Terrible. I’d never order from them again.
Best part of this? The delivery guy was polite and called when he couldn’t find the house.

I tried Goodfellas twice, never going back. Don’t know where they got their reputation from, but they have no right to be ranked in the top 10. I’m sorry, but little places like PI, Joe and Pats, deninos, Giove, and even brothers pizza are far better than Goodfellas. Enough said. Not for me!
