Fratelli Pizzeria & Pasticceria

Been coming here for a couple years now and I am more than satisfied every time I leave. The chicken cutlet and vodka sauce pie is phenomenal! Fresh and made to perfection whenever I order it. The wings are great too! Perfect crunchiness and flavor. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Fratelli’s to anyone and everyone.

Really good food and decent service. We’ve eaten there a few times. Dinner portions are not huge, but definitely enough. Pizza is really good. The wait staff is typical of Staten Island. Waitresses the times we were there were cordial, not super attentive, and not responsive.

This is the pizzeria me and my wife always get when we both get home late from work or if we’re in a rush and we need something fast. For us it is definitely our go to pizzeria. The pizza is good not great but their rolls and appetizers are are really good. I usually get the Stromboli or the stuff mushrooms. My wife gets a salad or their tortellini soup. Not to mention the shrimp parm. Excellent!!! Don’t listen to people that down play very good restaurants. This place in my view is a very fair pizzeria. Go try it :)

I am completely disgusted by the experience I just had with them. I just spent $ 33 on a Sicilian pizza with olives etc on it. As I’m eating the pizza I find myself chewing on a huge olive pit! I thought I broke my tooth. I contacted the owner immediately just to make him aware of the situation. Not asking for a refund or anything just to let him know so no one else breaks a tooth or a child chokes. He immediately gave me a huge attitude telling me it’s not his fault the olives come from a can. And went on and on being combative with me about it. Not to mention I was already disappointed that for all the money they charge all the toppings were from a can. The broccoli was frozen and the mushrooms came from a can too. You think for all the money it cost me for toppings on ½ pizza that they would use fresh ingredients. I will never order from them again and I will make sure no one I know does either.

Always happy and satisfied with there pizza, Sicilian is my favorite with extra cheese. Delicious

This pizzeria runs circles around every other pizzeria on the island. I order from them at LEAST once a week, and not once have I ever been dissatisfied. Everything is always fresh, hot, and most importantly, CORRECT. I always get everything I ordered exactly how I ordered it (which is hard to say about half of the other pizza places in my neighborhood). The fresh mozzarella Sicilian pie is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with anything you order. A+

Service was terrible, didn’t even get acknowledged that we were sitting down. Had to ask for water, never again!!!

This place is not far from me so a couple weeks ago I walked here to order something. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. I wish I had eaten there because I got home and went to eat it and I couldn’t stand it. It tasted like an old gym sock smells. It was not only bland but the aftertaste was absolutely AWFUL. I tried to add anything and everything I could to it to make it better but I couldn’t. I had to throw it out.
I was so disappointed because I don’t eat out much so it’s usually a bigger deal when i do. To say that I was irritated is an understatement. It was the worst pasta I’ve ever had.
(On the other hand — I hear there are better dishes. The pizza, to me, was OK but I’m not a big pizza fan anyway.)

Such a great place. I used to come here years ago and they were good. They’re even better now ! They bought the place next door and made it a nice sit down place. The workers are nice and the pizza and salads are amazing. They give you these like bread nuggets too when you sit down to order. They’re delicious. If you want a quick slice that’s okay too u order at counter and sit on the dining side. Love this place
Ordered my graduation party food from here. So reasonably priced and it came with their delicious dinner rolls. I ordered chicken parm, chicken franchise, and sausage and pepper. It was delicious everyone complimented the food and was so happy. I was pleased with my order. They even delivered it for $ 1. Great place all around.

Halfway between your standard Staten Island pizzeria and casual sit down Italian joint, Fratelli’s is a must. Surprised that I had yet to visit this place (since I’m such a pizza fiend), I stopped by for lunch one day. Thinking I’d get 2 slices of whatever looked good like I always do, I saw the lunch specials and decided to go for the grilled chicken wrap with fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers with fries instead. The interior of the space is much nicer than other pizzerias I frequent, and a waitress brought my food to me (on a real plate w/​silverware) after I ordered at the counter. Food was great, well priced ($ 6.95 lunch special plus a drink came out to less than $ 10), and service was friendly. I saw other people get slices of pizza and wine, which is kind of cool for a pizzeria. Overall, a great place to grab a bite if you’re in the Prince’s Bay/​Woodrow/​Huguenot area and one that I’ll be frequenting from now on.

I went here for lunch while my wife was practicing to drive around in Staten Island. It looks like a local mom and pop pizza store and they had a monday to saturday lunch special menu that was only for 6.50! I had Italian and my wife had panini, and we’re still too stuffed to eat dinner tonight. Surprisingly good fries as well :)

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak hero for delivery (less than a mile from the restaurant) and it took over an hour to be delivered. The sandwich was good but when you factor in the price ($ 14 for the sandwich, 20z soda and tip) it wasn’t worth it for me. Won’t be going back.

Italian Quesadilla? Sounded strange but I decided to give it a shot. It was really very good and I immediately started thinking about all the combinations you could make.
This is a fun and pleasant Italian place near where I grew up. While there’s no shortage of Italian restaurants on Staten Island, this is better than many.
Staff was friendly and the service was great. A plus in any restaurant.

I have been to many Pizzeria’s and I must say this is the BEST pizzeria ristorante with bakery yet and proud to say its located in Prince’s Bay! Staff is amazing! Thank you for always being so great!
