So after spending $ 20,000 on a brand new vrod an more bc of accessories needed.
I had a smooth transaction when I purchased this bike for my husband as a present for Christmas an I since I keep going in to get him clothing an cool accessories from them.
I support my local stores.
So today I go in to exchange something I purchased for $ 260 I just wanted to exchange the size an they gave me a huge problem bc I paid cash an couldn’t find my receipt an bc it would mess up there inventory wth really?! Um Ok «/​super annoyed at the pettiness they gave me today. Over all there good people I believe it’s a family business there I guess I must of caught em on a bad day.
An of course I’ll be back hopefully there in better spirits an exchange for my size. :)

I’ve been wanting a Harley for nearly 30 years.
I looked for my first Harley locally first, then up and down the East Coast.
I found my dream bike at Lombardi’s.
While they are nearly 100 miles away from where I live, several other dealers had similar bikes, all but one of them had higher mileage, most had less trim, and they were all priced thousands higher.
Phil worked with me every step of the way and I was able to simply sign and drive when I finally went to pick it up.
Riding back in Memorial Day traffic is not something I’d wish on anyone, but it didn’t bother me one bit… I was on a Harley !
Everyone of the staff was polite and helpful and I highly recommend making the trip even if it’s out of your way.

Always stopping in to buy parts and things guys are great at the service desk and always helpful and great to talk to.
Wish the place was bigger like other dealerships so I can walk around and feel like I’m not going to knock anything over.
But they are doing something right if they have been there for over a 100 years !

Worst HD experience Went in with the intention to purchase a new Bike. Salesman sitting at the desk never even blinked or said hello ect. Asked one question about And he got up and disappeared. I waited around 10 – 15 mins. And walked out smh. I will never return here If you want to be ignored and treated like crap. Stop in and fell neglected Don’t know how they stay in business.

Lombardi HD is the oldest dealer in NY and one of the best. Mike and Matt will take care of you as will the rest if the staff.
I enjoy going over there and always leave as a satisfied customer.
I get all my service and installations done there, they are fair on prices and never nickel and dime you like other HD dealers.
