I’ve ordered a couple other times and it’s also been about hour and half delivery time

Really good, I ordered for delivery and everything came hot. The fries were awesome, the burger was good but the patty’s were sort of blah. Other then that seems like a decent place to grab some lunch

And fresh cut French fries
A great selection of topping for your burgers including your choice of the type of buns you wanted your hamburger on
The décor was boring and plain but I did not go to this place because of the décor
my order was to eat there at the restaurant and yet they still packed my order to go
they had one of those make your own milk shake machines there I did not get the opportunity to try it maybe next time

Save your time and money and make your own burger on your barbecue. The burger I received was hard, bland, and tasted like it was frozen. They did serve a lot of fries, but more is not always better. There are much better options elsewhere.

Sometimes less is more. The menu may not have all the «gourmet» bells and whistles of other burger joints but that’s what makes it so good. We live in a day in age where everyone is trying to outdo one another with their toppings and fancy names of things. I am picky and I have to say I was really happy with this place. The burgers are delicious and quite large. The pretzel bun is so good and the fries are tasty. They give you nice portions and don’t skimp out. I ordered over the phone and they got every order correct. I went in to ordering with not very high expectations and I must say this place is a must try for a good olé burger.

This place left a lot to be desired. I like what they tried to do with the super simple menu, limited options etc. BUT, the burger itself, the sides, none of it was great. VERY Pricy too! It was just under $ 50 (+ delivery tip) for 2 double burger combos & a couple of sides. YIKES!!! Never again.
Also, they seem to lack the ability to follow instructions or pay attention to them, or read maybe? We ordered through Grub Hub, so everything was printed out.
Neither burger was cooked to order, I’m not sure if this is even something they offer as it didn’t prompt me how I wanted them cooked. One burger was to be medium rare & one well done, both were just medium well. I also specified specific toppings on each, one was missing toppings, you select what type of bun you want, I wanted reg & hubby wanted pretzel, both came on pretzel — YUCK. They up charge a dollar for everything. Even if you want cheese other than American. I asked for bbq for chicken strips & we didn’t get that, the onion rings were very soggy. The Fries were actually good though not super warm when they arrived. Upon opening the door to the delivery guy he said they had forgotten my drinks but to call & have them credit me for my next order — we didn’t call because there won’t be one. I really struggled between 2 & 3 stars… They weren’t awful, but not entirely acceptable either.
I feel like this place could be good if you go there maybe, maybe? Though not for delivery & keep it very simple. Lesson learned. Next time we feel lazy but want burgers, we either go cook them ourselves or hit up Wendy’s. We waited an hour & a half for blah, unappealing, totally cooled/​cold, expensive burgers.

Although the burgers are really good, the service leaves much to be desired. Waiting an hour and a half for delivery, when the place is literally 1 mile away is unacceptable. We only get 45 minutes for a dinner break. We called at 625pm, and the food didn’t arrive until 810 pm. Salt, this isn’t the first time this had happened. The food arrived cold, but no time to replace it. Order in the morning of you want it by dinner time.

I only ordered food in, so I never actually walked the place. The first time I ordered by phone and that was easy enough. The second time was through seamless and that’s now my preferred method. The delivery guy actually came to my apartment door (which is the 6^th floor), so kudos to him. The burgers are awesome. I’m not big on the fries but I’m not big on steak fries. Oh and they’re super reasonable cost wise for what you get. Very awesome indeed!!!

My first venture into fire grilled burger found it to have solid burger offering very similar to the goodburger chain in Manhattan. The single patty Burger I ordered tasted very fresh as were the toppings I chose which are at no additional cost. The cashier was friendly and the burger and fries were ready in ten minutes. I will go back and try a bacon cheeseburger next time and if they are able to nail it (I like my bacon crispy but not over done) I may increase the rating. They also have salads and wraps for those not inclined to get beef.
