My partner and i wanted to have our rings engraved. We had tried Kays jewellers but they couldn’t anything for 2 weeks. We tried Fast Fix who could not have been more helpful. We left our rings for a couple of hours, and when we returned, they were all done. Not only was the engraving exactly as we asked, but the rings had been cleaned and put into a little presentation box. The staff were so sweet and understood the sentiment we had for the engravings. A lovely place and we highly recommend you call in if you need engraving or watch repairs etc. So nice so see such as genuine level of service.

Terrible. While the people act nice, they do terrible work.
My fiancé and I needed to get her ring resized. The first time they did it, the size was way off from the 4 ½ we requested. On the redo, after the work was complete, the woman made a weird assurance that if any stones come out, we can go to them because they offer a service where they can replace the small stones. It seemed out of place until we took a close look at the ring when we got home and realized one of the small stones went missing.
Thankfully, I have insurance on the ring from the retailer I purchased it from and should have no problem getting it fixed, but others may not be so lucky.
