Exotic Home Expo

When updating our bathroom and kitchen, we were recommended by a friend to buy our toilet, sink and faucets from Exotic Home Expo, so my husband and I decided to give it a try.
The store itself is FUN. I love to walk around and look at the selection of tiles, back-​splashes, hardware etc. There is a lovely and sexy mosaic on the left wall when you walk in.
Tim was our a salesperson. He was very patient, non-​judgemental and knowledgeable. The prices, despite what others have said in reviews, were actually quite reasonable for the excellent quality of items. The delivery was exactly when promised. There was a little mix-​up with the amount of holes in the sink required for the hardware we bought, but they gave us a choice to exchange the sink or the hardware with absolutely no issue. We changed the hardware and very glad we did. The second choice was a much better match. Its really a no-​BS store.
I would definitely recommend ordering from this place!

If I can give 0 stars I would! The whole experience was terrible! Purchased a Fresca vanity from this store. Not only was I not notified that my order arrived bit who I called they told me it has arrived. My contractor went to pick up. When they brought it home and started to put it together they discover that the sinks, faucets were missing! I call the store and they tell me oh yes we forgot to give it to you. They delivered that evening only to also forget to give me other parts. The entire order was a total mess! Once they have your money they obviously care less! Nick called us few days later saying how he wants customers to be happy well he does nothing to do so, zero effort! Lost my business! We ended up spending our money else where for the rest of our bathroom Reno needs!

If I could give no stars I would. Please save yourself the inevitable torture of doing business with this store.
I ordered tiles, shower doors, and other products from Exotic Home Expo. There were a number of major issues with their customer service but here are the most troubling: First, they guaranteed a date of delivery but only let me know the night before that it could not be met. After arguing they did finally agree to deliver the items as guaranteed but only after significant argument. Second, when they did deliver some of the items (hundreds of pounds of materials) they left them at the curb and insisted that it was only «curbside delivery» when this was never previously disclosed. When my pregnant wife, who was home alone, asked them to bring the materials inside the sales rep screamed at her until she feared for her safety. Third, although I rendered payment for the entire amount owed in the form of a check to the business, they later demanded to be paid in cash or by a check to one of the sales reps rather than to the business itself. Fourth, and possibly most disturbingly, I was notified by FedEx that they attempted to stop delivery of a shower door to my home (worth $ 750) after I already gave them, and they accepted, a check for the entire amount owed. I did manage to get the doors but had to take time off from work and constantly check in with FedEx to make sure that the shipping was not interfered with again. Finally, since the «owners» Tim and Nick wanted cash rather than the check which they had already accepted they called my wife and I approximately 30 to 40 times in five days. This was clearly harassment.
More recently, it turned out that after installing some of the tiles in my bathroom I was still short a few. My contractor reached out to them to get additional tiles but they refused to sell them to him so now I am stuck with a partially finished bathroom and am searching for tiles to match those I bought at Exotic Home Expo.
The entire process with them was a disaster. Don’t be deceived by the initial show they put on; purchasing anything from them will be the biggest mistake you ever make.

for our new house we needed to redo our bathroom, get new floors for second floor and new interior doors. We found exotic home expo and it was a god send. We were able to find everything we needed at a very nice price. All of the products are high quality, and the service we received from David their sales rep was top notch.
