If there was a no star option, this place would get it. What a dive. 23 minutes to get my order In an empty drive-through. Please tear building down, and open a Starbucks.

Out of the last 4 visits(every Friday) they had my donut selection 0 times. They advertise the donuts and by 3 pm they claim to have none. Waited 20 mins on DT line to get to the order board to be told to «wait a minute» only to sit there another 4−5…to find out they once again did not have what they advertised. Staff can be rude and at times unknowledgeable. Only go out of convenience to where I am headed to.

So these cats finally get it: ‘we are stopping by your building for food at 6:18am because we were too lazy to make breakfast or lunch for ourselves, so give us food and give it to us fast because we don’t care how many people are in front of us, just be fast. Whoever runs this place runs it with a sense of urgency: get the order right and get it out – NOW. I give these a lot of credit; they’re super efficient(at least at the drive thru).

Mel and the staff are on point most of the time. I miss Rita. She was the best. Love when you can just walk In and the staff knows what you want and exactly how you Like it. 5 stars for Ash, he’s great. Personally I think this dunkin is one of the best in the area.

I’m really only giving 3 stars for convenience. It’s close to my house and has a drive thru. But sometimes the drive thru line is wrapped around the parking lot. I’d rather park and go in at that point but the problem is that if you park it’s nearly impossible to get out with all the cars on the drive thru line right there! Anyways, I stopped getting any food there because it’s never hot. And that’s pretty gross considering I would get egg sandwiches there. Nobody wants a cold egg sandwich :( There’s no time to even check the food before you leave because they basically Throw the bag out you and your change and you feel so rushed to get out of there. I worked fast food for 8 years so I understand that they are being timed on their drive thru service, but there’s a correct way to accomplish this without making the customer feel rushed. My order should be more important than holding a certain time record. Also, God forbid you ask for napkins or ketchup. They look at you as if you asked for one of their organs. Honestly, in my time as a fast food manager, I learned first hand that the best way to run a good business is by exceptional customer service. If my employees weren’t friendly to customers or didn’t have a smile on their face while greeting guests and saying«thank you! Have a good day!» Then I would replace them with someone else who wants the job. The management should definitely look into changing this. I understand that they will still get a lot of business even while serving cold food with a side of a bad attitude simply because they’re in a good location with a drive thru. But that isn’t an excuse to not try to improve the overall satisfaction of customers. I don’t know, I just feel like they don’t care if you’re unhappy or if you’ll never come back again because they know they have tons of other customers. That’s not how things should be done.

Quick easy 24 hour drive thru. Baskin Robbins also. Right off the main street and inside the movie plaza.

This place is really cheap, and sucks. They get a lot of business though, because they have a drive thru. I’m not really a coffee guy. I’m not into paying $ 5 or more for a coffee. However, back in the summer, I found myself working early Saturdays, and at this time, I briefly went through a coffee douchebag stage, where I’d stop at dunkin donuts drive thru, and order a $ 5 iced coffee on my way home. The 1st time I stopped here on my way home, the iced coffee was really good. So the following Saturday I looked forward to getting a $ 5 iced latte at a dunkin donuts drive thru. After getting my coffee, it was horrible. It was completely watered down. I went here the next 2 Saturdays after this, and same thing, horrible coffee. The manager here, must of come up with a brilliant idea to save money: just give people half the coffee and fill the rest of the cup up with water! Honestly, I can make coffee myself at home. I don’t need dunkin donuts. If I’m going to make the D-bag move of stopping at a dunkin donuts drive thru, to pay $ 5+ for a iced latte, atleast make it right! Don’t give me a cup with more water than coffee. Don’t go to this place… unless you want sink water with alittle bit of coffee at the bottom.
