If I could, I would give this DD a zero star. I came into this DD with my two small children. They had a separate waiting area for baskin robins ice cream. Standing on an empty line for several minutes with no one approaching us, was annoying. Not only that, they looked at us like we were from another planet. Asked if I can get served, the response that I got was «can’t you see that we are busy». Two employees were serving one customer at the time, which I found very odd. The woman or man, whatever it was who responded, seemed very annoyed, angry, and very unprofessional. I will never give my money to this place.

This Dunkin’ is located right by my house so I’ve been here several times for the occasional pick-​me-​up, especially on my way back/​to the Barnes and Noble that is nearby (okay, it’s not that close, probably like 15 – 20 minutes walk away).
It’s never packed or anything, but there always seems to be a line.
Pretty standard location.
