TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE All around I wish there was anything positive to say about this location, but there isn’t. 1. Expect your order to be delivered roughly 3 hours after you order it! (Not exaggerating) 2. Rude people over the phone when you call to let them know it’s been over an hour they hang up on you or yell at you. 3. If you order 3 items expect to receive 2 out of the 3, they are CONSTANTLY «forgetting» something… then when you tell them they’ve forgotten something the drivers always say «I’ll be right back with it» never to be seen again. It’s so bad it’s to the point that I wonder if the managers of this location specifically withhold items to save the store money? Who knows. If I could give zero stars that would be too generous. My children love dominoes but this is unacceptable DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE VICTORY BLVD-​BAY ST LOCATION!

Don’t order from here… it takes forever. Placed an order around 7:49pm and still no sign of pizza and it’s 9:46pm. Don’t bother

No shock this place is buried on the second search page after other establishments with different names. They are trying to bury these reviews and should just close. Horrible food, incompetent management and truly dangerous abusive drivers. Enter at your own risk, there are too many other places to go. Completely disgusted

If I could give this place a lower grade I would.
It took over 2 hours when they told me it would take 15 – 20 mins, and when I called they had the worst attitude with me.

I wish I had read the reviews. This place has such horrible service. I think it’s the worse place to order from if you’re in it for the fast food experience. The employees keep hanging up on you when you call and when you do get through they have a nasty attitude. I was just unimpressed overall. I’ve never written a review before let alone a bad one. This place just irked me!

Delivery is awful. I waited over two and a half hours for my food. It was cold when it arrives. Too bad because it ruins dominos reputation.

This place is infuriating. I placed an order at 10pm and fell asleep hungry, They never answer their phones. They let the phone ring and then hang up on you. It has gotten to the point where i want to get dressed and drive to this location just to punch the first person i see in their face.

I would never order from this location ever again. I placed an order at 6pm on a Thursday night. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes I called the store and a rude woman answers and says «oh we’ll have to remake it because it’s just been sitting there getting cold, do you still want it?»
After telling her we are all here starving and of course we still want it she said «k» and then hangs up the phone. So I called back and cancelled the order, I didn’t get one apology from them. I then placed the same pizza order at Papa Johns. Domino’s won’t be getting a dime from us ever again.

Horrible place !.. I placed a order for carryout at 12:02 a. m & I tracked my order at 12:48 & it said the person was almost done making my order. I call the store 3 times &no one answers so I drive there & the store is fuckin CLOSED ! I would never recommend anyone to go here, it’s a big waste of time ! The employees that work the night shift should all get fired ! Then again, maybe this just how domino’s operates smh

I called in for a medium pizza for pick up. They said in 15 min it will be ready. I came to pick up after 15 min. They made me wait for another 30 minutes.

I ordered online and the order went along pretty quickly. When the delivery time was shown, I gave them about 10 minutes which is how far away I am from this dominos. 20 minutes later than the delivery time I thought, I called and asked for a status and the person on the other end just said it will be with you shortly and hung up. I called back and spoke with Christine the manager who gave me the runaround. I prepaid for this order and the tracking said it was delivered. I didn’t receive. When I pressed Christine further, she advised it was still in the store. They were of no help at all. This is the last time I order from them!!!

This place is GREAT. but you must understand two things: they don’t do the delivery thing good and you must go in person or order online. They are very busy with the location they are in but the pizzas if you follow my directions are da bomb. really good.

Allow at least 2 hours for delivery.
No one picks up the phone at the store for 2 hours.
I emailed the corporate office they said they could not do anything because the store was privately owned and operated but they would pass along my message.
Pizza is amazing though :)

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE — LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS! Only one star because you can’t choose no stars. Pizza was showing completed on app, 25 minutes later still not delivered. Called and placed on hold and then hung up on. Finally got through and was told pizza was prepared and should e delivered in 90 minutes. Who wants 2 hour old pizza? Cancelled order. Only ordered from Domino’s because I wanted a fast meal, it’s like its quality pizza.

The WORST dominoes experience ever. I’ve been waiting over two hours– I live 1 mile from the place and I only ordered a medium cheese pie and cheeses bread which are easily the MOST COMMONLY ORDERED ITEMS. I’ve called at least 8 times to cancel my order because I’m sure it’s cold and by now we’ve went to another place to eat. No ones answered the phone despite all the attempts I’ve made. Don’t order from here. Such a terrible experience. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This is the WORST Dominoes on the planet! Anytime you order they take literally 2 hours to deliver your pizza, the pizza arrives cold and does NOT look freshly made. It looks reheated! I have ordered before and shown up to pick it up in less than 30 minutes and its been hot and done so why the HELL does it take 2 hours to deliver and taste and looks like crap! I wish this place would close down and they would rehire everyone from the manager to the workers and delivery! I pay for an item and expect to get what I pay for especially if I’m tipping! I hate this location!

I will only give them 2 bc of the customer service. They were polite and understanding. However idk if I spoke a different language when I replaced an order over the phone but my pizza was once again wrong.
Unfortunately I will not be placing any orders at this site; I cannot wait a total of 2.5 hours to still not get the PIZZA I ordered!!! Ridic!

The service is horrible. Food is was late by over an hour and when contacted on the phone the customer service rep ended up hanging up on me. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I want my money back.

terrible service and my food was terrible. I ordered my food and upon delivery the driver called me which I instructed them too. What I didn’t expect was having to walk to the car to get my food. I waited at my door for her to come to it with my food and as I sat there watching her look in the mirror for a couple minutes, I decided to walk to her car. I feel bad now for giving her the tip after I got my food. My food was not only cold but my pizza was uncut! I not only had to reheat my pizza, I also had to cut it. Never in my life will I order from that dominos again. I paid a total of $ 23.00 for a pizza and the stuffed bread and I regret it. I work hard for my money to throw it away on terrible food.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s three times and have only had positive experiences, so I guess I’ll serve as the counterpoint to the negative reviews listed on here. Two of my orders were pickup orders, and the most recent (just now) was a delivery order. My delivery order was timely — I live a mile from the restaurant, and it was thirty minutes from placing the order to receiving it — and the delivery driver was polite and attentive. All three of my orders from Domino’s have been pretty good. (I mean, it’s Domino’s, so you shouldn’t be expecting the same quality of food that you’d find at Eleven Madison or Per Se.) I think the pan pizza is tastier than the regular hand-​tossed pizza, although this is just a personal preference (I’ve always preferred thicker pizzas). The best part about Domino’s pizza is that it’s extremely filling, which means that one medium to large pizza can generally last for two or three meals.
One big downside: This pizza is really greasy. You’re not going to feel great after you finish eating it. But since you’re ordering from Domino’s, you probably expected that already.
