Domino’s Pizza

This place is the worst! I have been ordering here for years and every time I do it’s the same… either they don’t answer phone or the order is wrong or it’s a 2 hour plus delivery! It’s a shame because when I do get what I order it’s usually decent. But I spend much too much time calling them and they refuse to answer the phone! Who do you think you are the post office? Lol

Horrible Horrible Horrible I order online to pickup in store. A large pepperoni pizza for my boys as an after school snack. I didn’t order basil on top of the pepperoni an it was flat bread pizza. Ridiculous, I guess it was already checked an I didn’t realize till I placed the order an when I tried to call an fix it no one answered so when I get there opened the box (I paid first like a fool) an it was incorrect. I tried to explain an have the manager exchange it but he was not having It he was so rude over a $ 9 pizza pie that it’s disgusting. Never again I’m furious at this dominos franchise.

This place is so cheap with their food, barely any cheese and barely any toppings. They put alittle bit of chicken, who’s gonna eat that. When people order dominos they expect an amazing pizza with a lot of cheese and toppings ! Disappointed

An hour and a half wait from time of order and cold food. Delivery guy was cool though.

Absolutely horrible service. I called to ask for one thing and was told they didn’t have it anymore. Showed up and was told that in fact they still carry the exact same deal.
It seems like they have no idea what they are doing.

Ordered and watched them make the food until I saw one of the guys pick his nose and continue making the pizza without gloves ! No one wears gloves in this place. I’m warning you, do not order from here ! Why is this place still open?

Who knew getting an order, when the order sticker is on the box and receipt was so difficult?
Staff is not friendly either.

I used to come here a lot and I loved their food. Now they’ve hired new people and they are a bunch of ignorant kids. The food is gross and the chicken isn’t cooked all the way. One guy was taking orders handling money picking up the phone eating and then making pizzas without washing his hands. I’m not happy with their service today and their new choice of staff. To top it off someone called to place an order and he yelled at them for not knowing how to speak proper english, then he hangs up on him. The person had to call 3 times just to get a hold of someone. The kid was cursing listening to music and just being plain rude. People need to be more appreciative of their job and the fact it pays their bills. If you don’t like it then leave and give others opportunity.

Oh boy. So I’ve ordered from here I’d say like twice, the first time wasn’t so bad, the second was definitely my last! It was so slow I was really debating on ordering from somewhere else at that point. I called them like 5 times within the 2 hours I was waiting for them and each time they told me that they would be there soon or shortly. We were starving at that point and then it FINALLY came. The guy was smart enough and didn’t ask for a tip (I wasn’t planning on giving one anyway) and to top it off, we had to microwave it because it was cold! As if they just took it out of the fridge. Did the guy get lost or something and the pizza cooled off? I don’t know but definitely not making that mistake again. Unless you plan on waiting an hour maybe more, just might as well order from somewhere else or go and pick it up at the place, really not worth the wait though.

I’m not gonna lie; I’ve ordered from here more than once, and you could do much worse than this particular Domino’s. I’d probably give this place two and a half stars if that were possible. If you are by some chance in Grasmere, drop by and have a pie. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it’s Domino’s. You’re not going to be hospitalized for food poisoning, people. Get over yourselves.

my roommate decides to order from here because her hi-​on-​life (you know what i mean!) ass was tempted by the new Pasta Bread Bowl commercial. stoner or not… she ordered this sh*t ONLINE and got one of those online confirmations where it updates every minute the status of your order. she ordered at 4:25pm. it is 6:53pm now.
she called Domino’s at 5:45pm. the representative said the delivery guy is new, but the GPS says that he’s nearby. they called the delivery guy’s cell phone. they said they couldn’t reach him. it’s 6pm. at this point i, myself call. i ask to speak to a manager. i was on hold for 15 minutes.
after listening to a voice recorded advertisement of Domino’s Pizza for nearly 20 minutes… someone picks up. i ask for a refund and a new delivery guy to be sent. apparently… the 1^st delivery is still missing. they cannot get in touch with him. it is now 7pm. they are STILL not here.
DIE, Domino’s. DIE!
for all you know– the delivery guy got hi-​on-​life, too and is eating the pizza in his car.
