I get great service here. The prices for shirts and pants are great. And the cleaning is terrific. I’m glad I found this store after my previous place closed up on Bay St.

At Boulevard Cleaners we cook down the solvents after every load which costs more in gas and waste removal but it ensures that the solvents are crystal clear and clean with no wastes from the previous loads, imagine using your same water from your washing machine over and over again, pretty gross right. Other cleaners will clean your clothes over and over in dirty solvents that were used repeatedly to save money. Did you ever notice when you dry clean white garments they start becoming dingy and not as bright anymore, when using dirty solvents over and over are the reason why this happens to your white colored garments. As owner of boulevard cleaners i can guarantee no other cleaners cooks down there chemicals every load because it cost way to much money to do, and the reason why they can get away with this is because there customers dont know what drycleaning actually is. \r \r As owner of boulevard cleaners i have high standards. The best dry cleaner’s on Staten Island my clothing has never looked better. And the staff is so friendly. And they clean jackets and fur coats and don’t throw away your uggs they clean those as well there like brand new. There work is worth a lot of money but there prices are so reasonable. And they are very prompted with timing when your clothes will be done and they get out the toughest stains. I would never go any were else. BTW they will fix your hems and rips add buttons and you can rent tuxedos there amazing one stop shop went yo a wedding rented a tux it was So nice and the tux fit great thank you for all your good work

Stopped in during an emergency & they took care of us instantly. My wedding is in a few days and my shoes were filthy after a dance lesson. He cleaned them in minutes and they look fantastic. Thank you so much!

worst dry cleaners ever!
After they delivered wrong clothes to me, couple of times
and then finally, they lost my clothes
my bd has record, that they picked up, however, they claimed it is «fake Record», they wont’ pay for the lost, they are not responsible for the lost, either.
Gladys, who was very friendly all the time, become total bitch after she founds out they lost «my precious clothes».
do not use this dry cleaners unless you want to lose them.

What can I say? They’re ok… if you aren’t particular about how you get your clothes back. They dry-​cleaned one of my cashmere sweaters and hanged it in same plastic as a white blouse, had tiny grey fibers all over my blouse, they also «forgot» to give me back my fur collar off another sweater… never going back again, but they are nice…

Worst cleaners ever!
I had a stain on the inside of the sleeve of my suit jacket which i pointed out to Boulevard. They dry cleaned the jacket, rolled the sleeve down, didn’t address that they couldn’t get out the stain and made me pay for it. The stain was of course still there when I took the jacket home and rolled the sleeve back up (the style of the jacket is to roll the sleeves to expose the silk lining.)
In another instance, I dry cleaned a skirt here. As I was walking out of the cleaners my boyfriend noticed he was getting tangled in a long, dragging string. The hem of my pleated skirt had started to completely unravel. They just passed the skirt off to me without mentioning that this had occurred or offering to fix it (there’s no way they couldn’t have seen that.) Thankfully we caught this right away and went back in and made them fix it.
In yet another instance, I dropped off a dress to be cleaned. When I took the dress home and went to wear it– the underarms still smelt like my deodorant and like the dress had just been worn.
I blame only myself for continuing to take my clothes here because there hours are conducive to my work schedule. No more– I have reached my final straw. I will figure something out so that I never have to use this establishment again– and you’d be smart to take my advice!
