Place is always empty but I do enjoy Boston market from time to time I like the carver sandwiches and the sides. It’s a few step ups from fast food at a good price. Also like the coupon for Saturday’s buy one get one.

if I can give a no stars I would. disgusting food I ordered half of rack of ribs. they sell by the quarter so I got 2 separate pieces they looked and tasted different they swear there both the same class of ribs no the hell there not and they both were not barbecue. the meatloaf looked like dog food pureed. nothing had flavor and way expensive. and the buffoons at register pretended or not, didn’t understand nothing I said.

First time coming here. Never thought it was like fast food type of place. But we ordered this for thanksgiving meal for our co-workers… And it was pre good! Gave us a southern comfort feel on their dishes! The Chicken was cooked right… And sow as the turkey, not too dry or to moist. The sides are awesome! You should try their sweet potatoes. And loved the mac & cheese too! The service needs improvement & the ordering system lacked abilities to do its job. We ordered for 10 – 12 people. Online sells by people… But on the phone they see confused also on how online works. Sadly that’s 3 chickens??? Some people need to order by the qty of food not by the people. Of we followed the site we would have been off on the food & been short. I know because we made some changes. Added a chicken. And turkey & ham. It would put perfect! We only had about a dish left! And people were still able to have 2nds.

Ugh, when I order food and I just get a vacuous open mouthed stare back, it can’t be good. Honestly, it’s a if he was trapping flies with his mouth, there’s like three things on the menu, how much clearer can I be? Always out of sides and they say it will be a minute for new mac and cheese or sweet potatoes or whatever, ten minutes later still nothing. Sticky tables also. Avoid.

I eat here about once every two weeks. I usually stop by after work when I don’t feel like cooking or there is nothing in the house to cook. Food is served very fresh and fast. I usually get the chicken or turkey carver with one side, which is usually the mashed potatoes and gravy. I would stay away from the meatloaf though, just didn’t like the taste and a very small portion too. I order their Thanksgiving meal every year and I pick it up the day before and I have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve come here sometimes after work place looks ok I read some of the reviews I think it’s a little over the top on how the place is other then that I have no complains but rather eat in the one on forest ave!

Yuck!!! First off, I have a problem when no one working speaks English in a predominantly American neighborhood where English is the first language. I wonder if the corporation looks into nepotism since they all seem to be related. That’s besides the point. I wouldn’t be complaining if the service was good. They were rude and nasty. Then I got home and a piece of my chicken was raw and pink and that sent me over the edge. I will still go to boston market– just not this location. For the management– stop speaking whatever language you all spoke after taking the customers orders. It’s worse than going to a nail salon.

This is your typical, less than sanitary Boston Market. Get your thanksgiving meal year round. WOOPTIEDOO!

My parents used to pick up Boston Market from this location on their way home from work whenever we wanted Boston Market. This location gets pretty busy and there’s always a line. The line doesn’t move that fast either, so I used to wait with my mom to keep her company while in line. The food turnover here is pretty fast since they get a lot of customers, so you’ll be sure to get fresh food for the most part. And if not, you can just request to wait for a bit for the next batch as my mom used to do and they’ll be super nice about it. I love their sides, which pretty much make the meal. No one really dines in here. They always pick up, so there is always plenty of seating available.
