Terrible customer service. After calling them for a week asking about navy suit for communion was told getting them friday. Went Saturday and was told you have to bring grandson in. Wanted to see material of suit. Salesgirl was extremely rude and practically ripped it away from me. Then was told they are not ordering them. I wouldn’t even go there to buy a headband. Extremely rude, nasty. Will tell all my friends definitely,

If I could give no stars I would. I walked in the store yesterday to purchase a christening outfit for my son. There were two employees working at the time. There was one other costumer in the store. They did not even help us at all! Extremely rude! It seemed as though they thought I had no money to spend and couldn’t be bothered. Meanwhile I had been in there for my wedding and had a costume gown made for my flower girl and spent $ 550. Obviously they had no recollection because their main concern was the one costumer besides me that they had in there. I will never recommend this place I can’t even see how they are still in business.

Terrible customer service! Judgmental and rude staff who pick and chose who to be nice to. Really a shame because even though their clothing are overpriced, they are still very cute.

Reading all of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website as well as other sites such as Yellow pages and the fact that this company is not BBB accredited and has an F rating speaks for itself again DONOTSHOPHERE!!!

****In response to the woman’s comments below if you don’t believe us all you have to do is go on the Better Business Bureau and you will see that she has three standing complains on her and her business she told one of her customers I hope you crash and die on your way home! Sorry but we are not the crazies here!**** The owner of this establishment needs to go to business school and take a crash course on costumer service, because this is not the place to go if you want to be treated nicely for giving them your business. The quality of the head band we ordered would have probably been better if a kindergarten child made it. God forbid you voice your opinion to the owner she will make it well known that costumer satisfaction is not on her list, she showed me the courtesy by hanging up on my face multiple times while repeating the words«officer this is the call» before each time she hung up as to scare me that the police were getting my complaints about the horrible service she was dishing out! I am a hairdresser and I must say I have never treated a client of mine with such disrespect! To top it all off we were threatened to be sued if we took to social media to voice our disappointment. With all of this being said I can only hope and pray that no one else walks into that shop and experiences the wrath of that unprofessional owner. Shopping for your newborn baby is supposed to be one of the most wonderful experiences a woman can feel… well this was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life, if you know what’s best for you and your little one steer clear of Born Yesterday you will thank me later. FYI… This would have gotten a zero star rating but Unilocal doesn’t allow you to post without a star so unfortunately I had to place one star on my complaint but for the record this is 0 star rating.
