Tech was right on time and very pleasant. He assessed the problem, changed the part that was broken and made some minor adjustments on my door to avoid the same problem again. Definitely recommend.

All the Bob’s Locksmiths are connected. Spoke with Bob who said he’d check the schedule and call back, which he did within a few minutes. They scheduled someone to come a few hours later and the person was on time. The locksmith was quick and efficient, replacing and fitting a deadbolt within less than ½ an hour. Price for the parts was $ 55, labor $ 75 (this seemed a bit steep). Rating is based on service, delivery, and satisfaction.

I made a last minute appointment for a locksmith to come to my home to change front and side door locks and install a peep hole. Bob’s was right on, scheduling me for next day, 1^st call of the day service. Dan called me before coming out to the house, stopped by the shop to pick out several different front door locks to look at and was at my house at 9am sharp!
After reviewing the locks he had brought, I made my selection, Dan handled the installation and even the cleanup. The job was done quickly, effeciently, and according to the details I provided. He went over some extra security measures to consider down the road and made sure I was happy and able to work everything before he left.
