I want to say, I don’t blame the staff at all. They were wonderful and it’s in a peaceful, quiet location. BUT, the property is outdated and ugly. The kitchen’s nice, and bathrooms good, I did enjoy the jacuzzi tub, but the bedrooms are painted dingy brown with the ugliest bedspreads and old fake paintings, bad carpeting and very dark and dingy. I’m sure they haven’t had an update in 25 years. Small bed in the main room, two twins in the second room, with a TV from the mid-90s. They could spend just a little money for bedspreads and paint and make a huge difference! My biggest problem was the lack of outdoor space. They had the prettiest location, but there are NO balconies, and no pool area. Someone in the condo above us clogged the pipes and water flooded our unit up through the sink while we were out. The kitchen, and most of the living room and hallway were SOAKED. Housekeeping had been in and we had huge, loud fans running(3 of them), it stunk like Pinesol, smelled like a gas station bathroom and carpets were soaked. They couldn’t move us because they were full. They did offer to move us our last night, but not until 4pm and we didn’t want to go to all the trouble of packing EVERYTHING and moving just to sleep. In the end, we did get one night’s refund. I was shocked they didn’t offer to move us, and pay for another hotel. I’m also surprised they didn’t offer at least 2 nights refund. Wyndham has really ugly, outdated properties, and they are a cheap company. I’ve had many problems with them in the past. I will be more careful in the future to make sure I don’t book them.

We stayed it for a week 2 years ago and it was very very clean, big and cheap considering it’s big with 3 bedroom and 2 bath and shower with jacuzzi. Complete amenities and fully furnished house and complete clean kitchen. We had no problem staying here. For a $ 75 a night for a big big place, it was worth the stay. Close to tourist destination. Highly recommended. We wanna go back 2015 but they do not accept dogs so we rented a diff place. Too bad the place we rented from Vacasa was tooo pricey but no match with this Tahoe Summit… For vacationists without pets, i highly recommend Tahoe Summit.

Had a wonderful time this weekend. Room was immaculate and warm. Although obviously outdated it’s still comfortable and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and everything in the condo was in perfect working condition. Thank you!

I was very surprised! My family stayed here for a week. There is a rec room so the kids can play pool, Wii, Xbox, rent dvds, and barrow a basketball. There are a lot of stairs so you will get your exercise. Loved it here

I’ve now stayed twice at the Tahoe Summit Village condos, and have enjoyed my stay each time. Yes, it’s a hike to get to the top of those stairs for the upper condos, but the view is worth it(in my opinion). The 3BR condos are really quite large, and are laid up quite spaciously. Yes, the TVs are a tad old school, but no one really cares because who is in Lake Tahoe to watch TV??? My only complaint with my most recent trip was the mattress I slept on was absolutely rock hard. But that’s not enough to downgrade it, as it could have been an anomaly. Overall, a great place to stay(cost effective, too!), and would recommend to other travelers.

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom condo unit with a family of 4 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very easy to find and everything was just literally like being at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was even a washer /dryer in the unit. The main bedroom had a jetted jacuzzi tub which was a plus and the views are amazing. They have an outdoor patio bbq area for guests to use too which is nice. Rates are very affordable so I definitely recommend this place. Family will be returning again soon. The only complaints I have is that other guests around us were super loud so we couldn’t get much sleep, and the beds are a bit hard for my back. There are no elevators so we had to climb a bunch of stairs but I don’t mind the workout.

This is our 5th time here and hopefully we will go again next year! Let me start by stating it is in Stateline, Nv not Zephyr cove. The views from above are amazing and it is a 15−20minute drive down to casinos and lake. Also, you are on the border of Nevada and California so you can hop around both states which my kids thought was so funny. Our kids love staying up at the Tahoe Summit Village because it feels like a whole other world. You don’t smell exhaust or pollution just fresh air that carries an amazing pine scent. If you are lucky and quiet enough you might even get to see some wildlife. The rooms are very well proportioned and carry all the commodities that a family needs on long stays. Full kitchen(fully equipped), washer, dryer, big closets, t. v’s, dvd players, barbeques on outside patio with jaccuzi tub and close parking lot. People complaining about older t. v’s? Really? Yes media dept. is a little old in some rooms but who cares! There is so much to do in Tahoe! The staff is really friendly and accommodating. Now here come the cons. LOLNOELEVATORS! If you get a 3br suite or a 3rd floor room and higher you will suffer the first couple days. Then you get used to the altitude. Older people and physically challenged people need to get lower room. These are condos it is not a hotel, so no room service or restaurants in the facility. Besides that, I highly recommend Tahoe Summit Village for a stay in Lake Tahoe. It is so beautiful! One more thing, Beware of the Bears!!!

Nice rates and a nice place for a family. Nice kitchen and bathrooms with stacked washer/dryer combo. Jacuzzi tub, I too was looking forward to getting in after skiing all day, the water heater ran out of hot water. What is the point of the plaque stating you must fill above jets 5 inches when it is too cold to get in the tub?! Lastly the TVs were old school, the hike up the stairs to the room was harsh while carrying groceries and luggage, and there was no insulation around the jacuzzi tub which made the bathroom feel like an outhouse. The scenery, the people and the snow made up for all of it. Close to casinos, super close to NV side Heavenly lifts.

I brought my wife here for our anniversary. We got an awesome price for the 2 bedroom condo through priceline. I was very impressed by the accomodations for the price. The location is great: a short drive from the casinos and very close to one of the Heavenly lifts. Front Desk help was nice and helpful. The condo’s décor is very dated. The TVs are very small(one in Master Bedroom just have only been 19″). The TV in the master bedroom was on the dresser and too low to watch while laying in bed. It would be nice if it was elevated higher. The bathrooms were well appointed. This didn’t really matter to us, since we were not there to watch TV. The jaccuzi tub was one of the main reasons we chose this location and really enjoyed it. But the water heater for the tub ran out of hot water before the tub was even filled. This was a bummer, but didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Overall, I thought this condo was an excellent value and my wife and I are planning a winter vacation there very soon.
