Montbleu Resort Spa and Casino

Friends and I were sitting at the roulette table for about an hour consistently gambling. Winning some and losing some. While busy gambling I became thirsty, and proceeded to ask for a waiter/​waitress to get some drinks for the table. Even though I had seen the waitresses walk by our table not even paying attention to an almost full table. Sat around and gambled some more expecting to get served, until I lost my money. After Losing my money the lady then came by and took orders for the other gamblers. I felt cheated by the table, waitress, «ring leader» and the dealer.

We stayed here on new years with friends– the room was spacious and they had adequate security for the high traffic event. Will definitely be back!

This is a cheap hotel that wants to look like an expensive hotel.
Avoid especially if you travel with children. I guess that in their country, adults and one child sleep all together in the same queen size bed. Yes. I booked a room for 3 people and all i got was a single queen size bed, with 2 towels. I guess it’s their own program for family bonding. Care to share the same used toilet papers?
The mattress is very soft and uncorfortable. Pillows are very cheap, most likely made with vaporised plastic
You have free internet. 256kb. Very, very, vry, slow, so slow, that you better send your emails using real snails.
And the employees? Prison wardens are more open… Did i mention the checking line? 3 people to register guests when 30 are always in line?

I thought the casino was nice. Much nicer than the hard rock. We had dinner at the café. It was good I enjoyed the French dip and the calamari. The burritos were enormous. So we’re the nachos I saw go by

The service at restaurants is horrible and we are still fighting with the hotel over our dinner bill from Cierra! They charged my credit card for $ 745 and we authorized $ 150! I got it straightened out (or so I thought) and got a new bill for $ 180! The waiter lied about his name, took over an hour to take our drink order, and tried to charge for two meals and a bottle of wine that wasn’t ordered! I will not stay there again — ever!

This is not a hotel. It’s more like a motel 6. It has beds and a phone but no cable, no mini bar nor fridge. One person behind registration during busy times. I recommend Air BNB or mobile home park before staying here. Couldn’t even get coffee before 7am on Sunday.

I love the new room design at Montbleu. They got rid of the old tv’s and closet. Nicer desk with two chairs and a flatscreen much more room now. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is huge. Taller guests will love how high the shower head is now. Pool and hot tub are unchanged and great. Kids had a great time.
