When I went in to this shop Pamela was very friendly and greeted me in a warm manner. I asked if she could size my ring to make it smaller. She said of corse and measured my finger. She gave a couple of options which I appreciated. She took her time and said she would call when it was ready. She explained the process and cost for this service. The store is small very clean and in a easy location to find. Pamela has been in the business for a long time so I feel she is knowledgeable and trust my ring will be perfect. I recommend this store to anyone who wants a ring sized or is looking to make a purchase.

Very happy with my experience here! Got my engagement ring sized and it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Also at the same time got a tennis bracelet sized and they made earrings out if the extra links. Everyone was more than happy to help and very friendly! Prices were very reasonable and everything was done way faster than I was expecting! Definitely will be returning for my wedding band and all other jewlery needs! Thanks Pam and crew!

My boyfriend and I are from out of town but got engaged in Tahoe. My ring was too big but I couldn’t wait to wear it. We found Epiphany and I couldn’t be happier with the results and service. My ring was re-​sized in an hour, which was better than we ever could have expected (another jeweler in the area was going to charge us 3x the price and it was going to take them 2 days to resize!). It fit perfectly and it was shinier than I’d ever seen it (it was my grandmother’s ring). The customer service was excellent — Pamela was friendly and informative. We were so pleased with the service that we will be shopping here for my fiancé’s wedding band. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I stopped by this store when we were enjoying a getaway to South Lake. My husband was in need of a replacement wedding ring after losing his a few months previously. We were greeted by Pam and felt very welcome right away. We told her what happened and described the ring he had. She showed us different vendor catalogs and told us we could go online and browse the vendors sites to see if we can find a good match for his old ring. We were able to pick out a couple designs and personalize it a little from the catalog. She gave us an amazing price quote which we were not expecting. We stayed in the area for a week and visited some other jewelers but no one came close to the warm personal experience we had with Pam. Not to mention, the other stores could not really offer us what we were looking for and some even judged us by our looks. We told Pam that we would be in touch with her as soon as we made a decision and had the funds set up to buy. A few months later I called Pam up and she remembered us :) I purchased the ring from her that day and was able to get it within a week, and this was during the week of Christmas! After the purchase she kept in touch with me about the shipping status and even offered to overnight the ring if it showed up 2 days before Christmas (to do this she was going to drive to Reno!) It was not a Christmas gift so it was no big deal that it showed up right after Christmas, I was actually surprised it was so quick during the holidays! It is obvious that Pam goes above and beyond for her customers and we could not be more happy to support such a wonderful shop!

Pam was very helpful with the design of my my ring and kept in contact on the progress of the ring. I was impressed with her knowledge and experience and very happy with end result of my ring. Would recommend to my friends.

Wow! beautiful store and the staff was very helpful. We were out visiting from TX and was referred to Epiphany. No doubt for good reason. They helped me immediately and honestly answered concerns i had on my ring. Completed the repair and my ring never looked so good. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place over and over. I bought a beautiful gemstone bracelet while at the store, so many have complimented me on it. LOVE LOVE LOVE this store…

I have gone to Pam for years for all my Jewelry needs. Recently I had a Cartier Roadster that was scratched after many years. She was able to Polish it up like new.
I also had a custom made engagement ring from Pam that took over 6+ months to design and complete. After I was complete with many changes, Pam delivered it to OC.
I gave the ring to my fiancé and she said YES!
Pam was recommended from a friend of mine in Las Vegas and told me to see her and it was well worth it. She is very honest and looks out for you as a customer.

The woman running the show here is nice enough, but lacking in the ability to recognize solid customer service.
So after dropping off my watch for replacement, I was told that it would be sent out to their repairman in Fresno. Then they’d get back to me on the appraised cost.
…Almost a month later, I had to email asking about my watch because I couldn’t reach anybody via phone. They responded that they’d look into it for me. Ugh.
Well my watch still hadn’t been started yet because no one had approved the work (basic cleaning and new crystal face). YES! Please fix it immediately!
Two weeks later it had returned to me. Cost was reasonable. $ 50+
Unfortunately I also had to pay almost another $ 20 for shipping it to Fresno! SERIOUSLY?!!
The watch returned in good enough condition, but I’ve had the same work done much quicker and more cheaply at several other jewelers. The next time I’m seeking similar services I think I’ll travel a little farther unless I’m in a pinch.

I’ve known Pam for probably 20 years and she knows jewelry! She has helped me on many occasions and there is no better jeweler in the Lake Tahoe Basin than Pam!

From the moment you walk in the store, the owner, Pamela makes you feel extremely comfortable. If you tell her how much you want to spend, she will ONLY show you things in that price range. Her knowledge of diamonds is far superior than anyone else in town. The diplomas on the walls show how much of a Gemologist she really is.
I recommend Epiphany to everyone in town.

Pam is awesome, and who doesn’t love to shop with someone who brings their dogs to work with them? Pam has a knack for knowing what a customer may be interested in and will email me when she does. Shipping was not a problem either and recieved my items in a timely manner.

I wanted a new pair of silver hoops and a Samoyed charm, I talked to Pamela, the owner, via their Facebook page and I got my stuff delivered to Sunnyvale, CA the next day. Everything was perfect and the service was amazing. Totally recommend it!

Pam and Heather at Epiphany Jewelers are amazing professionals foucsed on customer service and quality jewelry! I’ve worked with them again and again and realize that while other jewelers in the Reno-​Tahoe area charge premium prices for jewelry and even the simplest repairs and service, Epiphany truly takes care of their customers by doing more for less and offering amazing jewelry at amazing prices!
Pam has every certification I can imagine. She is a professional sought by the «big boys» to teach their personnel about the jewelry business and gems. She and Heather can answer any questions you have about gems, bottom-​line prices, care and maintenance, and repairs.
Walking into their shop is like walking into a friend’s home! They’re friendly and helpful and I look forward to the next time I need to drop by. Strong work Ladies!

Went to check out some local businesses for Christmas shopping was very impressed i got gifts for my dad and husband and enjoyed looking at the unique Jewlery ! Love this cute place and the owner Pam is a doll !

The ladies at Epiphany did a brilliant job for us — working with an impossible deadline (we were on vacation) and doing excellent custom work. And BONUS! They also knew where we could go for the best walk-​in pedicure, best sandwich, and best cup of coffee! Highly recommended!
