Debra Kay Noon’s Barber Shop

Deb took over Phil’s Barber Shop and updated the interior a bit. But honestly, who cares about the interior of a barber shop. What counts is getting a good hair cut. And Deb gives a good hair cut at a reasonable price. She doesn’t «style» hair, she cuts hair. And she uses hot foam and a straight razor to finish the job, like a barber should.
And Deb is great with kids. I take my son here nearly every time I get my hair cut, and she really cuts his hair well, and makes him feel comfortable in the chair. She actually engages him in conversation, which is not easy to do with a 5 year old.

But one caveat, unlike barber shops of old, Deb does take appointments. You can walk in, but you may have to wait behind those of us who called ahead. So call first. It’s worth it.

I was in town for the football game, I walked in and she was friendly and did a great job. I would recommend her to anyone.
