Changing Times Hair Designs

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon.
I went to get my highlights touched up at the roots and have my hair trimmed — not a difficult or complicated thing. The salon itself has bad 70s décor and plastic plants everywhere, so going in I wasn’t impressed with the way it looked.
The woman doing my hair stank of cigarettes and her hands shook the entire time she was doing my hair. I literally gasped when I was charged over $ 113 for such a simple cut and color. Then when I got home I could see that the color was completely wrong, I’m blonde and she’d dyed my hair a shade of red. Its a testament to their dark, badly-​lit salon that I couldn’t see this while I was there. Not only was it the wrong color but she’d left an inch of roots showing — the whole reason I went in the first place!
I would never, ever go back here again. Appalling.
