Dr. Barter is an inconsiderate and ill-​mannered physician. He’s always incredibly late, but never apologizes: patients wait for one or two hours just to see him. A member of my family had surgery with him: it was scheduled at 9:45 am, but it started at 1:45 pm… That’s the norm with him. In central PA, there are very few choices for orthopedic surgeons specialized on feet, so he has a captive audience. But he’s the most unpleasant & unsympathetic physician I’ve meet in 50 years. And concerning results: the jury is still out.
