Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru (with only 2 other cars) at 11PM to get a warm milkshake and a cold hot dog.

Problem every time! Every time I come to this sonic my order is messed up. If I had to repeat it 3 times, there is no reason any mistakes should be made! Easy ice is not so hard to understand! Why do I ask for this every time and yet my cup is always so full of ice?! If I’m paying $ 2 for a larger drink, it is due to the fact that I’m thirsty and want more liquid not ice! Me and my mother went here once and had to go back because she realized she didn’t get any of her change! Save your time and frustrations and go to the other sonic here!

I don’t know what others’ experiences have been here, but I have received terrible service on almost every trip to this Sonic location. The drive-​through is positively atrocious, with workers making you wait very long periods of time before you can order, and with absent-​minded mistakes made all over the place when (if) they finally hand you your food bag (often with missing items, etc). The management needs to straighten this place out.
