I am not sure why they have a photo department, if they only tell you they don’t have time to help you. I went into the store, waited in line, and asked for passport photos. The cashier looked at me and said «at this time, we are too busy to do those» (there was one person behind me, and two cashiers). I indicated that this was the time I could be there, and she steadfastly refused to help.
Bartell Drugs now has a new loyal customer.

I would have to agree, this pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!! I have stuck with them thinking maybe they were understaffed or in transition… but nothing changes. Terrible service, incompetent staff, and unclean store overall. I will take my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is a joke. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They don’t stock their customers monthly medications and don’t fill prescriptions called in a timely manner. This place is a giant headache with very incompetent individuals running it. There are plenty of other options here in town and this will be my very last trip here!
