Pizza Hut

been waiting an hour and a half for a medim pizza and an order of breadsticks! CALL ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE! It said about 40 minute wait for my order after an hour I called the store and the store manager advised he was on his way with my pizza ok that’s fine things happen. after an hour and a half my pizza is still not here when I called back the guy tells me it shows its been delivered I said theres no way I don’t have a pizza he argued with me that the pizza had already been delivered in their system then he just put me on hold mid sentence and transferred me to a manager who just kept saying he was on his way. so he’s been on his way with a pizza for currently 47 minutes from 3 miles down the road. I will say the delivery boy was very very nice when he arrived and apologized.

This is one of the wing street pizza huts… not the best, the pizza was doughy (not done enough) and the wings didnt have near as much sauce as wings should… it only takes one to turn me aww from a place, and the first time did it.

Worst place to come !! People don’t waste ur money! My mother called trying to place an order over the phone speaking spanish. One of the female employees answered saying no and hanged up on her. I mean what kind of customer service is that ?!? So rude and when I called back the manager only offered a discount? Don’t waste your time here. What a pain in the a** and a waste of energy!!! Zero ZERO STARS!!!

Stingy on the ingredients it was pepperoni, sausage and pineapple u can see kinda naked in the center from picture I uploaded plus customer service wasn’t great there were 4 customers coughing loud, knocking making noise to try to get some one behind the cash register on a Friday evening 4÷8÷16 at 5:50pm i would think Friday’s are busy days they should have more people working in the front. I order online to make a quick stop to just pay & go back to work to enjoy with my co-​worker. Less than 2minutes away from work took 22 minutes total not much to enjoy when u have to rush a lunch break.

Five stars for ALBERT for helping me out. He was so helpful because the other PH’s in the area kept giving me the run around… which is hella frustrating! But No thanks to ALBERT and his outstanding customer service… ill be bak again when im in this area!

Worst service they took forever to take my order I had to call them in order for them to come to the front and take my order ! Worst service !

I love this wings but I wanted to order pizza ask for offers but the person who served me told me to check on website I told him I did not have internet (which was not true) he invite my to bye pizza on dominos
So I only order wings because he did not help me and I order pizza en dominos was delicious. when I went to pick up my order ask for the manager his name is marcos was the person who helped me on the phone very bad service and the manager is useless

Called in complaining about my online delivery order which was ordered at 12:09PM and supposed to arrive by 12:39PM
(Our lunch break ends at 1:00PM…)
At 1:07PM we finally got our pizza.
By that time my boss was so mad he’d already gone across the street and bought himself food (we were supposed to split the bill… Sigh)
Jerry was very polite and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
The delivery woman apologized as well and it was apparent that she actually was busy

Usually a dominos guy but just tried the new twisted crust pizza. I didn’t like it but my wife thought it was ok. As for the pizza, the basics of a pizza is to try to cover the pie with cheese. Don’t be so cheap with the cheese…

Don’t waste your time. Call them and she couldn’t spell my name (nick) or lowden st. Very disappointed because she put me on hold which is totally understandable, but for 15 minutes doesn’t make sense. Called back and it took them at least 2 minutes to answer the phone (which they didnt) So i hung up. If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. I don’t usually leave reviews bad on places but this should be known. I went to another pizza hut and they said they have also heard negative things about that place. If another pizza hut tells me or you that what do you think already… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

This is a weird review.
This is the best/​worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had.
Ordered 2 pizzas via phone. Came in picked them up. Got home. The stuffed crust Pineapple pizza was over cooked like mad. There was hardly any pineapple on the dam thing.
But our pepperoni pizza we ordered with it was almost perfect. But the pineapple (more expencivd one) was almost un-​eatable.
So for that it’s a 3 star from me.

Ordered a gluten free pizza. Worst I’ve ever had. The crust was burnt, the cheese was minimal, and they were so stingy on the toppings that I couldn’t even taste them. It was like eating cardboard. I know gluten free pizzas leave a lot to be desired, but I’ve had better frozen ones than this one.

Stupid ass ppl! I just came into pizza hut in stanton, and i order my pizza and i get fuckn told 20 min after i order that they never made the pizza? Wtf bitch this is the worst ever! Cheap as service!

I’m surprised with the reviews on here. I have been living near this Pizza Hut my entire life (23 years) and experienced no problems at all. I usually order over the phone and it’s really quick. Sometimes I pick it up but most of the time I get delivery. It gets delivered within the time frame they tell me, 30 – 35 minutes. They always get my orders right and I have no complaints. I actually just ordered some pizza right before writing this review

In the mood for pizza and figured I couldn’t go wrong with Pizza Hut. I ordered two medium pizzas online. Paid there and to my surprise when I asked for cheese and pepper they didn’t have any. What?!? How are you out. It was a Tuesday at 8pm and you’re out. Sorry! But as a Pizza chain they need to carry it. Took the pizza home, ate it. Nothing special sufficed the pizza craving for now. Would have given three stars, but the lack of cheese and pepper really was annoying.

Love this place! I usually go here as a walk in when I’m going home after work. I’ve walked in and placed my order during one of the busiest times but I must say the manger does such a great job at doing it all (Oscar I think was his name). He helps out customer after customer, picks up the phone calls and goes makes the order all at once. (I was watching all this while I sat on the bench in the lobby) These people work hard and it’s sad to see bad comments I’ve worked in the food industry so I know how fast-​paced and stressful it may get. So I just wanted to say great job, keep up the great customer service and hard work.

I’m actually surprised of the stars this place has, i been coming here for a pretty looong time and its always been the same ordering online, carry out, delivery, always friendly.

I injured my back and have a sick child so I decided to order a pizza instead of trying to cook. When I wad eating it, however, a black c hair pooled out from under the cheese. Now I’m sick to my stomach too. Thanks a lot.

The young girl cashier who helped me out was very friendly and nice! She was full of smiles and great service. She was also very patient with me too because I couldn’t my debit card when I was checking out. I would definitely come back here just for the outstanding customer service.
I went online and placed my order while I was driving home from work (I know, I’m horrible!) and when I drove up to Pizza Hut, it was basically ready for me! I paid and left right away.
Tip: Place your order online because they have specials! I basically got a 2 liter Pepsi for free! :) (Plus, you won’t have to wait!)

Awesome and friendly service with a smile here and even over the phone their tone of voice are friendly well. Always accommodating to my orders. I really don’t understand why they would have such low stars here at this location.
