Encore Leather Restoration

I was very skeptical about this process; but having watched the meticulous work performed on our 10 year old couch and chairs, I was incredibly impressed. I would highly recommend these guys to redo any leather furniture. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I understand they were unable to help me based on the original material of my sofa, but I think there are a million more professional ways to communicate that in lieu of the curt, condescending response I received in a less-​than-​timely fashion. Our leather chairs were thrashed. Years of wear and tear. I was skeptical to see the degree in which they could be restored. I called Encore and spoke to Ryan. The service level was top notch. He had me send photos and quoted a price within minutes after seeing the photos. He picked them up and had them delivered back to me in 4 days!!! Best part, they look brand new. Great service!

Our 2 leather chairs were faded, scratched and covered in stains. Encore picked them up as scheduled and returned them a week later and I was amazed! They literally look like new, in fact, I like the color better now! I paid a lot of money for these designer chairs and was upset with the notion of getting rid of them. I am thrilled that I found Ryan & Encore!

We had a wonderful experience with Encore Leather. Ryan gave us an estimate based on pictures I sent. They were more reasonably priced than other companies we contacted. Ryan and his assistant came to our house at the time we agreed, explained the process, took the recliner and ottoman, and returned it a few days later as scheduled. We are very happy with the results. It looks better than it did brand new. He was able to remove all the scratches, stains and oil marks. I highly recommend this company.

We have 3 children ages 3,4 and 9 and our 3+2 and ottoman leather sofas have seen better days. We liked the shape, color of the sofas, as they fit our space, but they were 10+ years old, lighter beige color and dirt and cracks in the leather were starting to show a lot. We were debating to just replace them with new ones, but we are so glad we did not and found Encore Leather Restoration.
We are located in the SFV valley and they cover Orange County, Ventura and LA county. Ryan, came and gave us estimate, which was very reasonable and took sample for the matching color. In 1 week, they received the specialty paint and came the next day. Encore technician was very professional and worked on it for about 3 hours in our small yard. We are beyond pleased with the results. They saved us few thousand dollars for not having have to buy new ones.
Our couches looked brand new! We can highly recommend Encore Leather to anyone! Well worth it! A fantastic experience. Thank you.

Bill M Rancho Cucamonga CA, We had our leather sofa «cleaned» and conditioned by Encore. I had selected them based on the previous review and pictures on their website. Several hundred dollars later I couldn’t tell the difference between the before and after. In fact because the finish seemed dull on the leather I went over a couple of the cushions with a leather conditioner only to find what looked like dirt on the cleaning rag. I contacted Ryan who said it was probably the dye coming off on the rag, but i have my doubts. As i said the sofa doesn’t look or feel any different than before it was cleaned. i’ll contact someone next time.

This is the first time I have restored leather furniture. We had 2 wing chairs that were dirty and scratched by my grand kids. I contacted a highly rated place from Unilocal but they were no longer restoring furniture, just autos, so they referred me here. After looking at some samples on the website and finding no similar service anywhere near, I emailed and sent some iphone pictures and got an immediate ballpark cost and arranged for a pickup. Ryan, the owner, picked up the chairs and delivered them with a beautiful new finish in 2 weeks. Even if the work weren’t so good, I would have used them as leather furniture restorers are scarce as hen’s teeth. However, I am very grateful that the work was excellent.
