I called Window Genie at the end of the summer to do my windows. I found their prices to be high and frankly the person who set up the appointment was rather arrogant and did not really seem like my business meant that much to him. The people who did the windows did a very sub par job and I had to point out so many places where the windows were not clean, it was embarrassing. I would recommend going with a small business owned and operated by the person doing the work and who would take pride in their work, that was not the case with Window Genie.
