This is a small Polish deli at the Southern end of town, near the development in the Harbor. There’s some of the gruffness you get in Greenpoint, but the woman who sliced our meats was friendly and offered generous tastes. We saw the usual selection of hams and sausages, various types of kielbasi and kabanosy. Purchased some smoked pork ribs, but you won’t find the full variety of smoked meats you’d get in one of the larger Brooklyn establishments. What seemed larger than usual was the selection of Polish grocery items, both refrigerated and on the shelves. There were also pastries and cakes but we did not try them. It’s certainly competitive with the places in Yonkers and Norwalk.
