I decided to try this Subway out instead of the one across Broad St, debatably closer to Landmark Square, where I work. Big mistake.
Note that this is for lunch on a workday, so there was literally no one in Subway when I got there. I guess the staff is used to it being empty, so continued their chatting all throughout the process of making my order. In fact, he missed a couple of my condiments and I had to repeat myself because they were so distracted with their conversation. If I hadn’t been paying the utmost attention, they would have messed up my order.
Also, they charge more than the other Subways nearby.

Love subway, but this one must be one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to.
The employees are completely incompetent and extremely rude. I never end up getting what I want, because they rarely have a full spread of veggies and meats.

INEPT, SLOW and completely USELESS women working there who blatantly ignored me and my 2 small children despite having been standing in front of them for more than 7 mins (which was the time needed to make 2 sandwiches for 2 customers in front of us, yes 2 people working). FIRE THEM (are they even legal?)! I’m sure you can find better and more eager staff (where were the Asian guys?).

Clean, always fast. Its a subway, don’t expect too much and you’ll be fine. Lines get a little longish during lunch, but they are pretty fast and efficient.
My sandwiches usually come out neater than other Subways.
They hardly ever charge me for double cheese.
