Rudy’s Executive Transportation

I booked a trip for January 19^th for a ride to the place I was having a colonoscopy. It wasn’t far from where I live. I was told the price would be $ 102.78. I was never told that the price was for only one way. A couple of days later the credit card that I used was declined, so I gave them another credit card to use. They put the charge through for the $ 102.78, so I assumed that was the total charge. Next thing I knew the charge on my previous card was processed as $ 102.78. I called Rudy’s and spoke to billing about it and they said I wouldn’t be charged twice, so I’ve been waited for it to be credited back to my account. I emailed Rudy’s and asked about the charge and I told them that I was never told that the trip was going to cost $ 205.56. That amount was never told to me at all! If so, I would have found an alternative mode of transportation!!! They are very misleading. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

Well, they did it again! My husband just recently used Rudy’s for a business engagement and we also used their services for a New Year’s Eve wedding we were attending. Nothing but the best of service; professional and courteous drivers (a special thank you to our driver, Muhammed, who drove for us on New Year’s Eve — he was wonderful); beautiful, comfortable cars. I’ve reviewed Rudy’s favorably in the past, but I think it’s also important to point out that they are CONSISTENTLY good. We will never use anyone else for any chauffeured needs!

Excellent! The car arrived ten minutes early which is always good. My mother is 97 and uses a walker. The driver could not have been more pleasant and helpful in assisting us with getting her into the vehicle and safely buckled in. It took several minutes but there was no hurry on his part. As he was getting ready to leave I thanked him and he smiled and said «Don’t worry. Precious cargo!» Mom got back to Manhattan very quickly and loved the ride. The Suburban, by the way, was immaculate — if you told me he had just gotten it from the dealer’s that morning I would not have been surprised. Also, the reservationist was very professional and friendly, after I paid by credit card I wanted to be sure that nothing would be required for Mom to do and she said «All your mother has to do is let the driver close the door and enjoy the ride». I will definitely use them in the future when I need a car and driver in the tri-​state area.

Have used Rudy’s for over 10 years, at least 12 trips a year. Was to be picked up at JFK and despite having given them the right flight and arrival time, they entered a different flight number in their system and sent a car 5 hours early. Made me pay waiting time even though it was their error. Terrible customer service when called the manager, rigid and unyielding. On to Hoyt Livery, they have a good reputation.

I had a very good experience with Rudy’s Limo this morning. Judy drove me to JFK and she was on time, fast, and pleasant. When I went through security at the airport I noticed my house keys were not in my pocket, and deduced that they must have slipped out onto the car seat. I called Rudy’s, who called Judy, who found the keys and brought them to the security area, where a TSA employee passed them to me. So Rudy’s is OK with me.

Great limo company, always on time. Only negative — a couple of the reservationists have attitudes.
