Wow, I feel like such a dumb cluck. I’m such an avid Unilocaler and I did not look this place up first??? What’s wrong with me? You are already 100x smarter than I am since you are reading this review. Someone recommended this place to me, and since I just moved to the area, I thought I’d check it out. I called that morning and booked a 60 minute HOTSTONEMASSAGE, was told the time was good and she asked me my name and phone number. Fast forward to my appointment… I should have just turned around once I stepped inside and saw what it looked like. This place is serious shady central. The woman who greeted me turned out to be my «therapist» too. As a licensed Massage Therapist myself, I always look for the license & registrations which must be posted on the wall. They were present, so I’m thinking ok this place is legit… soooo wrong! No one else was in the very dark«spa(?)». The first room I saw on my way to the massage room looked like a makeshift bedroom. I’m pretty sure there are people living here too, like I said, shady. The«therapist» didn’t give me an intake form or ask me any questions for an intake as you are supposed to before any massage. Maybe this is because she didn’t speak English very well? Seemed like that was not their thing either way. Confirmed my service(60 Minute Hot Stone) when I walked into the room. As sus as this place was already, I’m like I’m here, lemme just try. Sign on the wall«Please keep underwear on.» Wait, what??? Why? Most likely because they don’t want to be mistaken for a non-legit place? Trust me, this place is non-legit Cheap scratchy sheets, table with a whole for your head no face cradle, table is super hard. When she starts she asks me again«how many minutes? 60?» I say«yes, 60 min hot. Stone. « 15 mins in no stones heard seen or felt So I say«you don’t have the stones» she says«oh yes we have» Runs down a hall, I hear stones being rinsed and she comes in throws them in the towel warmer and continues her little light annoying«massage» with wet cold hands now from rinsing the stones I say again«ummm where are the stones?» I booked a 60MINUTEHOTSTONE she says«oh you cannot do 60 mins with hot stone. we use stone not 60 minute stone» I am up with the sheet around me at this point. I called, I asked, you said YES and I booked and confirmed 3x while I was there too. I’ve NEVER left a massage, ever but this time I did. I said«this is not ok I am leaving, You cannot book with clients and halfway into a massage tell them you don’t do the treatment you booked. «I got up got dressed and walked out. Please avoid at ALLCOSTS

The first thing you notice is there aren’t any real signs. Hand-written. And the counter where you walk in looks like someone threw it together from Home Depot. The girl at the desk is the one that massaged me. She takes me into the room and says«leave underwear on please» and there’s a sign on the wall saying the same. i tell her I don’t wear any and she says okay. But what kind of massage place says keep your underwear on? As for the massage itself, she did a pretty good job on my back, but that was it. She didn’t do the front at all. You can’t do that, that leaves a person out of balance.
