I have called them twice and both times Matt was extremely helpful.
The first time my heat stopped working and his sticker was on the hot water tank so I called him up. It was a Sunday but I had no trouble getting him on the phone. The problem was with the furnace, not their thing, but he took a few minutes with me told me what he thought the problem was and gave me a furnace guy he recommended. Turns out he was right about the problem. I was impressed that he took the time for something he had nothing to do with just to help me out so I knew who to call if I needed a plumber.
Last week I has an actual plumbing issue as a pipe leading to my outdoor faucet burst. The damage was in a difficult to access area requiring a little surgery on the basement ceiling. When all was done it was cleaned up nice and neat and everything was back to normal. Plumbers aren’t cheap and they aren’t either but for the job they did and the time it took the cost was less than I was expecting.
