Possible 1 star, but they did posses some degree of technical skill. ‘Bedside manners’ were deplorable. Never kept me in the loop or asked questions about matters that would have a bearing on the finished job. The shortest point from A to B was of prime importance in the installation of a complete heating and A/C for a new home. Root canal never looked better.

Used them for several years given previous homeowner used them to install AC system. They would service the system, charge air filters, etc. Didn’t have any AC problems, so I hadn’t the experience with them on what would happen in a problem or emergencies. In 2011 they serviced the system and a month later one of the units wasn’t working. After weekend of calls, they finally came, and claimed the freon was low(even though they had just serviced the system) — charged me almost $ 400 to fill the system. Said was a «leak» and would cost me more them $ 2000 to get the system evaluated and fixed. I argued with the owner to say that i had never had issues before & how could they have serviced it a month earlier and now have this problem, and felt they were just trying to charge me for things I didn’t need(like the freon) since i think the«issue» really was a blown fuse. SO either they didn’t actually do a complete service job, or they were trying to run up a bill. He wouldn’t budge and said must be a quick leak since freon disappeared in a month and I should have the system checked for this ridiculous amount of money. I went throughout 2012 without using them or anyone else(although I had Standard Oil, who also does AC work, on call if necessary) — 2012 went without any issues on the freon or system, further proving my point that the entire freon /system leak«problem» was incorrect. Glad I didn’t use them to check the system & glad I’m not going to use them going forward. Will go with a company that cares about their customers rather than their own wallet.
