They suck. The guy did not even know how to use a fax machine. Tried 6 times, clearly was not trained well. Did not tell me what was going on so was just awkwardly waiting for 20 minutes kid you not. His coworker stands next to him and says just do it the old fashion way bring it in. Some people cant just bring it in with their work schedule which is why i went in. Its just funny really, these people lack customer service skills and dont like their job just need the money.

Every time I’ve ever been to this location I have been disappointed and surprised with the lack of customer service. The staff seems to always be unorganized and untrained. Next time will probably just use UPS across the street.

I sent a 500+ page pdf document over at 10:30pm to be printed on a Friday night. I was out of the store with my presentation in a beautiful binder by 11:05pm. Fernando was unbelievably kind and could not have been more helpful. If only I were as patient as he was at 11:00pm at night! I am impressed and thankful for the kind service.

We all know our IQ is at risk anytime we step into a Kinkos (reference Dave Chappelle’s ‘Pop Copy’ skit).
But seriously? This location is absolutely brutal. There is no chance in hell you will accomplish what you need to do here– it doesn’t matter what or when.
If you just need to ship, go down to Ardmore road– they are absolutely sharp down there and really know the right information to get your package shipped.
