This chain in stamford is incredible. The donuts are bigger and more cake like compared to Duncan. The only problem is they don’t always have my fav. blueberry.

Dough-not miss out on trying these doughnuts. Definitely the most moist and tatty doughnuts I’ve had at a large coffee shop chain. They have a number of flavors like pumpkin and blueberry that are delicious. The pumpkin coffee is also really good and doesn’t have that overly sweet fake pumpkin taste like a lot of other coffee shops offer. Also, the prices are far better than Starbucks and I believe slightly cheaper than Dunkin Donuts.

Great doughnuts and egg sandwich. I don’t drink coffee but was told it’s good. It gets really crowded on Saturday mornings!

Consistently good coffee unlike Dunkin Donuts which can be hit or miss. Sugar Raised donuts are awesome & don’t taste like chemical-tasting Dunkin Donuts. Staff is very nice, efficient & courteous. When traveling northbound on High Ridge Rd, if I wanted coffee for the road I used to stop @the DD on High Ridge Rd but now will take the little extra time & veer off course to Donut Delight. Store is also very clean & has a nice atmosphere. Wish they were open 24hrs.

A far superior donut to Dunkin Donut. More cake like, more substance. I like their coffee better too.

Fast service. The coffee and food is very fresh and tastes great. They are always fully stocked. The only problem is that they don’t accept American Express credit cards. Besides that, this is a much better solution as to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Dunkin donut type cold stale donuts. Don’t be fooled by these 5 star reviews that these are up to the level of fine fresh donuts you’d get in nyc. These are donuts for suburbanites that only know Dunkin donuts. Sad.

Great local chain but the locations can be a struggle at times. I’d prefer stopping here over the Starbucks across the street which has equally the same parking problems, but taking left turns at this point of High Ridge is not my favorite option. When I do stop there is usually no parking in the lot so hello Bank of America! Usually I’m not alone so someone will wait with the car so the bank security doesnt get too upset and they have a huge lot anyways so they can afford some coffee and donut fans parking there. I’ve had the breakfast sandwiches, iced coffee and donuts. Everything is good and its funny to ask them to add cream cheese to a sandwich as that will turn heads here. My only complaint is that standard iced coffee comes with a lot of cream and sugar so I ask for black coffee and that concept doesn’t always translate to the Delight staff.

Fresh donuts, great tea selection(I’m not a coffee drinker), and my husband says the coffee is great, too. It is our preferred donut/coffee place in Stamford. Employees are always friendly, and it is always clean. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s worth a stop!

I used to be regular here when I lived in Stamford. After many years away, I stopped in en route between NYC and RI. This place is just as awesome as I remember it. The coffee is still delicious. I ordered a medium cinnamon hot coffee with cream and sugar. Only $ 2. And you know what, unlike Dunkin’ Donuts, which loves adding heaping spoonfuls of sugar on a simple request like this, this place makes it perfect. And as the coffee cools to lukewarm, it still tastes delicious. The service here is just as prompt as I remember it, too. Donut Delight seems to have expanded the interior to maximize space since my days as a regular, including a better view of the expanded donut, pastry, and muffin offerings. The adult in me had to tell the kid in me to keep my mouth shut and not order the coconut donut! It’s so comforting to know that this place is consistent after all these years, and it’s this consistency along with prompt service and great variety that I must recommend you try this place if you’re ever in the Stamford area.

Nice change of pace from the usuals(Dunkin, Starbucks, etc). I get the feeling this is an in and out type of place, which I like, before I even got to the counter an employee was asking what I wanted. Prices were right, about $ 2.50 for a big 20+ oz iced coffee and it came out perfectly creamy and delicious.

Donuts Delight spits on Dunkin Donuts while having its way with Dunkin Donut’s mother. I love it here! Donuts and pastries are good but the breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Dunkin’s don’t even come close. Coffee is always yummy and the service there is great. They are incredibly friendly and get orders right everything, I’ve been at dunkin where the people have had to remake drinks twice before they get it right. Anyways, since it’s not that much farther up the road from the nearest Dunkin, donuts delight is absolutely worth the trip.

Bagels and donuts were fresh and delicious; coffee was excellent. The place was clean and bright and the people were friendly and efficient. I don’t pass thru Stamford often, but I am very glad I had stopped there today.
