I also went to Aamco and they’re worst mechanics EVER!!! THE WORST! I also had my transmissioned repaired there and it comes with a 12K warranty and guess what, go figure after 15k on my car my transmission goes bad again. It took these guys a week and a half to do my transmission. They did a shotty job and seemed clueless to what they were doing in the first place. Never again Aamco, you will never get my money again. They took me for a ride and it wasn’t a good one. They don’t even deserve a star in my book.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this place. I would absolutely recommend against taking your car to this place. I spent close to 3K on a transmission and in 5 days, it was in the shop again, but because I broke down far away from Stamford, I had to tow it to another mechanic. In a rental car for over thirty days while my car was being repaired, they refused to pay for my rental. That’s just flat out irresponsible.
If I had a way of giving this place negative stars as a rating I would make it a negative 5.
