these guys sent me an illegible batch of wristbands (which they clearly didn’t bother to even LOOK AT prior to shipping). when they arrived, i immediately contacted them via email to request another order, since this 1^st order looked so terrible. they agreed to redo the bands and resend, with shipping being again AT MY COST… another $ 24 for priority shipping. note that by this time my $ 30 order of wristbands has now cost me nearly $ 100. so today, i received the the re-​done bands, and they are a completely different color that my original order. the service person’s note to me about fixing the old order said he was using a different «font» to make the new order look better… what he failed to tell me is that he was sending a completely different color. since i ordered these for 1^st-​2^nd grade sports team, i of source ordered them originally in our colors…
I contacted them again, told them how disappointing i was with the new bands as the color was now wrong, and they said «too bad». i requested a refund of just the bands, and they said «no». i am now filing BBB complaint and asking for full refund, including all shipping charges.
these guys made 2 mistakes, and i paid not only for 2 sets of bad wristbands, but priority shipping twice. STAY AWAY.

well, I own a few business and will be needing tons of these made. But I will not be using this company again. Can we say false advertisement?
I received my wristbands only to find they blatantly advertise their own website on the inner part of the bracelet, as large as the font you put on yourself.
Problem: the photos on their website DO NOT have this message on the wristband. So you assume you will be getting what you see in the product photo, right? Because otherwise, it’s false advertisement, which is illegal.
I called to discuss getting these remade, the guy on the phone sounded like he gets this type of call all the time. He doesn’t apologize for the fact that I’m unhappy with the product, nor express he understands my concern etc. He just says he’ll send me over the link where it states they come with their website address. He sends me a link to the FAQ. NO ONE reads the faq unless they have a «frequently asked question», there is even a typo there.

Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and throwing these away.
