This park turned out to be nothing like I expected. I thought there would be a small park with a pond. It turned out to be a pretty big park with a number of athletic fields used by at least one local school for sports practice. There is a pond but it is outside of the park on private property. Past the athletic fields you will find a grand old tree and then a nice children’s playground followed by two soccer fields. There are clean bathrooms in the parking area.
