Fantastic product and service. The process is as follows — ken came to take measurements and provided me with a competitive quote. Then another person that works with the installer, came out and verified the measurements. They told me four weeks but it was actually less. The crew showed up, all six of them, removed my old windows, and began the installation of the new windows. I had a large portrait window installed, and I was impressed with their efficiency and workmanship. I would highly recommend value windows for anyone that was looking to have quality windows installed at a reasonable price.

My family contacted several companies for a quote on double windows, and long story short, this company had the best pricing. They are a large company in the west coast and are expanding their business in Texas. They told us they are able to do better pricing than some of the other companies because they have in-​house manufacturers, and are able to get the parts for a lower price.
We have a total of 34 windows large and small in our two story house. On the day of remodeling, a total of 8 people showed up at our house. They all immediately got to work. As lunch time approached, we asked if we should go buy pizza and drinks for them. They told us they will take care of themselves, for us not to worry. They took a break at 1 pm, ate quickly outside on our driveway. At 1:30 pm they were all up and back to work again.
As 6 pm approaches, some were still doing finishing touches, but most were gathering up the trash, sweeping up the floor, trying to make our house cleaner for us. This team of 8 finished replacing all the windows in our house in just ONE DAY!
They came on the second day to change the only window left, which is the tiny window above the garage. After breaking the glass, we realized that once you go in to replace the window, there is no out. They were very professional by thinking quickly on their feet. They resolved this problem by creating an opening on the garage ceiling for the worker to climb out of, and bought parts to reseal the ceiling for us.
Overall, they were quick, efficient, extremely hardworking crew. We really appreciate everything they’ve done and are absolutely in love with our new double windows. We highly recommend them to everyone!

Company replaced damaged solar screens and installed them after I contacted BBB and put a stop payment on the check.
